We had an unfortunate breakdown with our mini split and Comfort Air & Flow was quick to our rescue! I am absolutely kicking myself for not remembering our service technician's name but he was fantastic, made a super frustrating situation a whole lot better and offered solutions that worked for us!
Anthony was professional and explained what he thought was the problem with our A/C unit After inspecting it and had the part with him. He checked the entire system too! We felt taken care of and confident in the repair.
We had our geothermal system stop cooling during one of the hottest weeks of the year. A technician wasn't available for a week or more, so we got on the list for a service call. They called and were available just a day or two later.
The technician was prompt, friendly and professional. He quickly ascertained what the issue was, got us a quote while on site to repair, and had the part on hand. Our system was up and running about an hour after his arrival!
The price for repair was fair and we will definitely be calling them in the future when needed. I highly recommend Comfort Flow.
Looking to repair a family members home, Jeff quoted a new hvac system and water heater. We were in town from the midwest and didn't know anyone. We ran into other water problems and Jeff's kindness and willingness to help us even when he knew we had decided to sell the house as is and not do any repairs was amazing. Thanks Jeff!
