Called Comfort Flow with a problem with my cooling/heating system. I was scheduled for an afternoon appointment but they got on it sooner and I had little down time! Thank You Comfort Flow!!

Miguel came out to help us at Drybar Eugene on 7/31/25. He went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the problem, tracking down blueprints and past technicians to do so. He was extremely competent, kind, and helpful. He even went out of his way to clean fingerprints off of ceiling tiles left by past technicians. Miguel was thorough, taking the extra time to communicate the issue, how he solved it, and making sure to update our account with the proper notes so that we do not continue to run into the same issues! He was also super considerate of the fact that our business was open during the time that he came in, making sure to give us a path to walk through. 12/10 would recommend Miguel!!
Another positive semi-annual service call. Bryan was efficient, thorough, and courteous.
