I bought a new Trane HVAC system in June 2025. Everything was fine with cooling. When I used the heat in November, I noticed an irritating sound. I called Comfort Flow regarding my concern, and the office scheduled a tech to come out the next morning. He (Dawson) was very thorough in running the system through a test, determining which parts needed to be replaced. He said he would order them and contact me when they arrived. Less than 2 weeks later he installed the parts and the irritating noise is gone!
Since my system is still under warranty, there was no charge for the parts or service.
I highly recommend Comfort Flow.

It is great to be able to commit in advance to having Comfort Flow service our heat pump system regularly. Furnace maintenance never seems to be "top of mind" and would likely be postponed "until later" indefinitely were it not for the scheduled service offered by the company. The technicians are always knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

We have been Comfort Flow Heating customers since 2007 when we purchased a second home on the McKenzie River and had you come in and install a new furnace and heat pump. All was destroyed in the Holiday Farm Fire, but when we decided to rebuild, we insisted that they use Comfort Flow to put in our heating equipment in our new home.
