Wow, what a difference. Our new heating system is a real game changer. Our home is now warm and cozy. The installation was fast and easy. Work was done fast and professionally. Great company to work with.
My 50-yr-old gas furnace stopped working and after determining it wasn't the thermocouple I contacted Comfort Flow. Jake came out and determined it was the gas valve. After ordering/receiving the part, Jake came out to install it. There were several unexpected glitches in the process (all having to do with the original installation) requiring a couple extra trips to pick up other replacement parts. Throughout, Jake was thorough - showing me the issues and reassuring me they were fixable. All is well now. Oh, and let me say the office staff at CFH were also very professional and thorough as well.
Great maintenance team, good sales personnel, good installers. Was not contacted upon completetion of the furnace/heat pump install. Would have appreciated the install team reaching out to let me know they completed the work and had no problems.
I was heading out of town the next day and my furnace stopped working. I called several repair companies and they couldn't come that day. I called Comfort Flow and they said they could respond late afternoon, I told them my situation and they said they would try. An hour later they called back and said they could be at my house in 20 minutes. They came and fixed my unit in a timely manner and their charges were more than fair. Thank you Comfort Flow.
Today Carlton came for our annual maintenance inspection! In addition to his professional demeanor and thorough service, he was great at explaining what he actually did and was very pleasant and confident about his work! I have had the pleasure of interacting with your maintenance team for 9 years and your company is committed to high quality service and professional standards! We had two visits from Comfort Flow last week, the first for our annual maintenance check, the second to correct a small problem. In both cases we had excellent service. The technicians worked efficiently and told us exactly what they were doing and what needed to be done. We have used Comfort Flow for 20 years and we always appreciate their promptness and good communication. They always come exactly when they say they will.
