He answered our questions & concerns & got our system up to speed, after several yrs.w/out a system overview. Daniel also rec.certain changes to support better running AC/Heating for the long term..

Comfort Flow employees are always pleasant, professional and do excellent work. I've worked with the Springfield office for 15 years. They installed my Trane heating/AC equipment and have done an excellent job maintaining my system. Every technician who has been in my home has been respectful, and fully explains the work done. I highly recommend their service and their product.
The team that came out to inspect and maintain my system was professional. There was a trainee with the scheduled maintenance person who did a great job in explaining the ins-and-outs to myself and the trainee. Seems like comfort flow does a great job hiring great people. Strong work!
Technician was very polite and on time. He diagnosed issue right away. I needed new thermostat inside the house. My only issue was high price on the new thermostat. I looked up same product on line and it was about 1/3 the price on a retail site. I can't imagine the extra approx $400 was price of installation.
Professional and informative.
We had Shelby and Robert over to sevice our furnace, central air, clean the ducts and dryer vent ducts. They were knowledgable, professional, and efficient!!!
