They helped me out in a time of need my system wasn't running I found out it bad not been cleaned properly in years. They fixed a switch for me at a very reasonable price. They were thorough.
I really can't say enough good things about their maintenance and service departments. I had another company regular servicing my unit and I found out it had not been cleaned properly in years. I immediately signed up for be maintenance plan and the duct cleaning. They are very professional and thorough. The tech was top notch

We had Comfort Flow install a split head ductless system in one of our rentals and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. We received two bids and Comfort Flow was able to find a state energy subsidy that saved us $2000 that the other company never mentioned. They also, for less money, put in a more powerful unit. The support along the way from the sales person to the main office was wonderful. They even came out to check an electrical problem that was not related to their work and found the source and fixed it. Nothing but good things to say about these guys.

The technician was professional and efficient. He showed us how to fix a problem ourselves to save money. I especially appreciated that he didn't try to talk me into a repair I didn't need, which has been my experience with other companies.
Comfort Flow Heating is quickly responsive. The technician sent to correct our problem was fantastic! Troubleshooting multiple issues and fixing them all. Super knowledgeable and a great communicator—the BEST!
