The service technician was personable and did a great job on the maintenance. Comfort Flow installed my HVAC system a few years ago and maintenance is suggested every 6 months. I am not a current maintenance agreement subscriber and don't want to be. As such, when I called in June 2022 to make an appointment, I was told the first available appointment was in December 2022! I made an appointment in December but I was put on a wait list. An appointment became available the next week. After the technician had been here, I called the office to request keeping the December appointment only to be told that appointment had already been given to someone else. This "advance appointment" situation also occurred the last time my system was due for maintenance. While having such an agreement might make it easier for their scheduling, I really do not appreciate this tactic. I feel as if I am being punished for not signing up for their service agreement.

So fast to respond ! Technicians so helpful . I own a small business and every minute is important they helped me with my ice machine and my air conditioning system ! The Air conditioner is ancient, Fixed it !

I've always had a pleasant experience with their maintenance technicians. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have answers to any and all questions. Prices are great for the amount of service you get. They even have maintenance plans and discounts for service contracts! I feel safe knowing my heating and cooling equipment are being well maintained by the experts.

These people are great, both in the office and the field! Office staff are knowledgable & professional, techs are experienced and professional. Great communication from the office and techs. Easy to get ahold of, answer questions promptly, & were helpful in getting my Trane warrantee transferred from the previous owner. Saved me a lot of money on a part they could have just replaced, and charged me for. (I wouldn't have even known it was under a warrantee).

Our equipment was installed in 1999. For 23 yrs, Comfort Flow has maintained our system. Not realizing it then just how "important" they would be to us. Sheila K. and Jake, Comfort Flow employees have been "outstanding" in supplying what we needed to keep this "ole gal" working. When, the system finally dies you can be assured we will continue our relationship with Comfort Flow in replacing it.
