My satisfaction is based on the technician's ability to get things done without a lot of unnecessary running about. The last few technicians were very good about getting their jobs done without turning the house upside down.
The tech's visit was extremely helpful. Learned the reason the fan kept going on was that I had it on circulation, so that was an easy fix.
Also learned that the ducts need to be cleaned, so need to make an appointment for that.
Have had great experiences with Comfort Flow, both for small maintenance and larger projects like the ductless mini-split. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.
We had our HVAC system serviced thru a contract that was forwarded to us by previous owners, that is a great service this company allows! Office staff very nice and prompt response and follows thru quickly with phone calls etc. Our technician, Gage was very professional and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend Comfort Flow!!
This was Conner's first visit to our home. He was respectful, pleasant, efficient and careful. He related appropriately to an elderly dog who was curious but clearly approving. I hope you can hang on to Conner. Thank you.
