I recently contracted with Comfort Flow to install a new high efficiency electric heat pump system to replace our old gas furnace. Their consultant Jeff Casley patiently answered my unending questions to my satisfaction, making several trips to our house and a final trip to run through all the equipment that was installed. David and Mark did most of the insulation work (others were involved from time-to-time) over the two day period required. They were professional did nice work and left the work area cleaned before leaving. I am very happy with Comfort Flow's service.

We have used Comfort Flow for years for ductless heat system, installation and maintenance and they have always been great. This time we moved into a house with a forced air system and the returned air vent upstairs was in a very strange place and we wondered if we could move it. Comfort Flow is great about answering our question in the affirmative and sending someone out to do it quite promptly. He had to cut a hole in one of our walls obviously and did a neat and tidy job he cleaned up effectively and Im happy to report that our heat flow is much better now.
