We purchased a service contract for our system to be checked twice a year. We do not have to worry, we get called that it is time, and schedule an appointment. They arrive, get to work and done. All systems are checked, new filters and let us know if anything is wrong. The workers are absolutely professional, nice and knowledgeable. We trust Comfort Flow Heating and recommend them highly for any of your heating or air condition services.
The receptionist and the technician that came out to service our furnace were A-1. My only issue with the Company is that they have no options for seniors who live on a fixed income and has to wait for their SS. Because of this issue, we had to wait through the 20+ degree temps for a week, relying on just some electric oil radiators to keep us warm. Anyway, the technician said that the furnace is fine, but the module for the furnace in the breaker box need to be replaced. We were asked to wait until an electrician was called to set up an appointment. I hope it's soon.
As always, the Comfort Flow 6-month service call was efficient, thorough, and informative. Conner was professional and courteous. Thank you.
We are so happy to have an updated working system to replace our worn out 48 year old heat pump. We are especially happy with all the Comfort Flow employees who made it happen.

The person who came out to do the maintenance on the HVAC system was great: prompt, efficient, and courteous. He also dealt wonderfully with my dog who can be intrusive at times. Wonderful person to have doing the work on the units.
We have used Comfort Flow for at least 30 years. We just had a ductless system installed last week and it is everything we hoped for. The installers were incredible, timely, friendly, clean, and did an amazing job!
Comfort Flow employees are always very kind and they do not leave the site until you are satisfied and all guestions answered.
