Great Service!
I am greatly ill with late taking your lunch for Lyme disease and I have severe OCD and Sound Sensitivity which is really hard for me to make appointments that have a 2-hour window
the women in the office were very understanding and compassionate dealing with my OCD and nervousness over the appointment
when the first technician came out he found black mold in my air conditioning unit and he was not comfortable dealing with it with with the level of my health issues and then he called in a higher level of technician which I believe was a great move to make
the company then set up sent out a technician Charlie who did an amazing job he he bubbled off my AC unit and was very conscientious and cleaning it and got it completely clean so I can have my AC going again
all in all everyone at the Comfort flow company did a great job dealing with a very high maintenance very ill person and I'm very grateful and I would recommend them to anyone else who has chronic illness
Bryan was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I think he did all he could to keep our Old system running another few months.

My home's HVAC unit was installed by Comfort Flow. Being newly widowed and knowing nothing about maintenance on a unit, I called and talked to Comfort Flow and they offered a maintenance plan. I feel good about keeping an expensive and very necessary part of my home maintained. The service men have always been very knowledgeable and considerate of my home. I highly recommend Comfort Flow.
Comfort Flow was quick to respond when our heat pump quit working. The service person (Caz) was out within a couple hours of our call for service and the problem was resolved within an hour of his arrival.
