We received both verbal and written description of the condition of our system, as well as a comprehensive documentation of the work performed. Very good service call. The service technician and his trainee were both very friendly, and efficient.
They arrived well within the two hour window that was arranged for the service call.
The actual service was accomplished quickly.
I also appreciated that they both used shoe covers when they came in, since our unpaved driveway can be a little wet and muddy this time of year.

Very positive experience from sales through installation. Sales Consultant measured our home carefully and made very good product recommendations as a result. The installation went well; the staff was prompt, efficient, neat and very knowledgeable about the equipment and its installation. We have also used Comfort Flow recently for maintenance and to cap off a gas line for our stove. They were punctual, very friendly and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!
