We are very pleased with Comfort Flow. The installation team arrived on time. David, Kason and Benjamin each did a stellar job installing our new heat pump. They were finished by 4p (they had said to expect a full day). Gave us a tutorial for the new thermostat which was appreciated. Each of them was very friendly and considerate. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!
I love doing business with comfort flow heating and air conditioning. I appreciate that they send a picture of the tech who will be doing maintenance on my equipment before he gets here. Those who they send out are polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They have always been here on time and report any foreseeable problems.
A small creature crawled into our heat pump unit and fried itself. causing damage and shutting down the system. Comfort flow was very quick to respond, we had a tech out the next day. they were able to get the heater working and ordered parts to fix the fan that would get the AC working. week later parts arrived they came out and got the unit running. very professional, friendly, easy to talk to and work with. appreciate the quick response time, the great communication and follow through.
I have a heat Pump, and had the heat pump maintenance done. The associate was very polite, did a good job, and checked if I needed my air scrubber cleaned. Which it was coming up for a cleaning, he made a appointment for me, and he explained the entire procedure to me. I am very pleased with the service that was provided.
We had a new HVAC installed. Very pleased with the professionalism, polite & focused techs we had! They kept us informed throughout the entire day as the installation was progressing, and walked us through the completion to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Also, appreciated that they left our garage and outdoor area just as clean as they found it. Thank you, Trey C., David R. & Jorden A. !!!

I am greatly ill with late taking your lunch for Lyme disease and I have severe OCD and Sound Sensitivity which is really hard for me to make appointments that have a 2-hour window
the women in the office were very understanding and compassionate dealing with my OCD and nervousness over the appointment
when the first technician came out he found black mold in my air conditioning unit and he was not comfortable dealing with it with with the level of my health issues and then he called in a higher level of technician which I believe was a great move to make
the company then set up sent out a technician Charlie who did an amazing job he he bubbled off my AC unit and was very conscientious and cleaning it and got it completely clean so I can have my AC going again
all in all everyone at the Comfort flow company did a great job dealing with a very high maintenance very ill person and I'm very grateful and I would recommend them to anyone else who has chronic illness
Bryan was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I think he did all he could to keep our Old system running another few months.
