Amazing experience with Colton this week. We recently moved from across the country and haven't ever had a furnace. Colton took his time and patiently and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know in order to properly maintain the system between services. He was also very thorough with the cleaning and maintenance he performed on the condenser and the furnace itself. He was also incredibly professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better HVAC technician. We signed up for a maintenance contract based on how impressed we were with Colton and the work he performed, how much care he took in cleaning up after himself, the time he took and effort he put into educating us about our system. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Colton

Great response time to repair clogged condenser drain. Tech. took time to check system for proper operation after repair. Always have had a positive experience with Comfort Flow.
I had routine maintenance done on my water heater. The service was professional and friendly, and the work was done with quality, courtesy and cleanliness. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Comfort Flow for future services.

Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Explained things clearly and what needed to be done. I will definitely use them again in the future. I am not local to thier main focus area, but the accommodated our home to do what needed to be done to our hvac system. Double thumbs up.
Of course my HVAC goes out on Friday, before the big 3 day weekend. I called Comfort Flow for help. They walked me thru some steps but nothing worked. I was put on a list to be helped that day. I was thrilled to get a phone call that the technician was on his way. Fixed in less than an hour and cheaper than I thought it would be. Thank you so much Comfort Flow. You made an old lady. ( and cool).
