Quick, responsive and thorough!
I was happy with the service. I am always relieved after they have checked everything out. I feel that they are pretty through.
A routine heat pump check... expert, meticulously complete inspection was carried out.
Comfort team, from estimate to final inspection, kept us informed and aware of what to expect. The install was quick, completed in the time window they provided, and is one of the cleanest and most well thought out installs i have had (this would be our 3rd with as many companies). Workmanship is excellent, job site clean and the team were respectful and polite to our family and neighbors. ***** !
I couldn't be more impressed with this team! Robert came out to do the estimate—he was easy to work with, got our quote over quickly, and clearly walked us through the rebate process. Travis and Randy made sure we knew what to expect from start to finish, and their crew arrived ready to get to work on day one.
Sean and Emerald were courteous, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful—staying on top of cleanup and working carefully around our cat and many children. We had a unit installed in every room, and they made sure to keep doors closed for safety and protect surrounding items with drop cloths. That level of care is truly above and beyond.
Jorden handled the electrical work, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better-run team. The finished product was completed days ahead of schedule, the trim-out is tidy and well thought out, and our home is already more comfortable than ever.
Huge shoutout to this entire crew—you're all exceptional at both the technical side of your craft and at being respectful, efficient guests in a busy, lived-in home. Craftsmanship and communication: 10 out of 5 stars!

Excellent communication. This was follow up service on a generator that was not receiving adequate fuel. Comfort Flo to care of the issue, coordinated with the city and northwest natural. Lots of work on their end to ensure proper operation of the generator.
