We’re proud to showcase the great people who work at Comfort Flow Heating. Each quarter, we shine a spotlight on one of our employees who displays all of what makes us the HVAC contractor people want to work with again and again. It’s people like this that have made us trusted for more than 60 years.

Our Q4 2023 Employee Spotlight goes to Joe Brunetti! 

Everyone give a huge round of applause for our 4th quarter Employee Spotlight - Joe Brunetti!

Favorite Thing about Working at Comfort Flow: "My favorite thing about Comfort Flow are my fellow employees that I work with. They are like a well-oiled machine, and I take pride in doing whatever I can do to make their jobs easier."

Hobbies: "I love spending time with my wife and family. Going to sporting events. Hanging out with my dog 'Rex'  and watching sports on tv."

Family: "My wonderful wife Lori and I have been together for 35 years. We have daughters, Jordan (31) and Alex (27), and their partners, Robert and Beau, and two granddaughters, Summer (11) and Halsy (5)."

 

Our Q3 2023 Employee Spotlight goes to our IT Specialist, Kaitlyn Sturdivan! 

Favorite Thing about Working at Comfort Flow: "It’s hard to pick just one, so I’ll settle for three: The friendships I’ve made, the opportunities I’ve been given, and the tremendous amount of both personal and professional growth I’ve experienced thanks to the incredible people I’ve been lucky enough towork alongside."

Hobbies: "My day-to-day is spent focusing on work, school, hanging out with my dogs and fitting a gym routine back into my schedule. When I have free time, I love trying new recipes, brewery hopping, heading down south to catch up with my friends and family, playing video games, or driving up to Portland to check out a rooftop bar!"

Family: "I am a transplant to this state, so I take any opportunity I can to fly back home to spend time with my parents. We’ve always been like “The 3 Musketeers”. I’ve otherwise been fortunate enough to form a little family of my own here, consisting of my boyfriend, two cats and two dogs. There really never is a dull moment!"

 

Our Q2 2023 Employee Spotlight is our Commercial Service Technician, Erik Holmes! 

Meet our 2nd Quarterly Employee Spotlight, Erik Holmes! Erik has been a part of the Comfort Flow family for over 14 years! "My favorite thing about working for Comfort Flow is the culture. The family connection, the sense of purpose, and the passion my coworkers have."

One of his main hobbies is collecting stamps. But not the kind you put on letters, the kind you put in your passport. He also loves teaching both his faith and the HVAC Trade.

"I’m married to my wonderful wife Danae. My daughter Misty is 26, and I have a 15 year old step-son Simon, and a 13 year old step-daughter Sawyer."

 

Our Q4 2022 Employee Spotlight is our Warehouse Supervisor, Chris Hoover! 

We want to highlight Chris Hoover! Calvin is our Commercial Service Technician. He has been with Comfort Flow Heating for more than 4 years, and his favorite thing about working at CFH is the focus that we put into training our employees along with the career growth opportunities. 

"I'm marred with 3 children and a 4th on the way. We have 2 boys, 11 and 12 years old, and a 2-year-old princess, another girl due to arrive this coming February."

 

Our Q3 2022 Employee Spotlight is our Warehouse Supervisor, Calvin McCorkle! 

Meet Calvin McCorkle! Calvin is our Warehouse Supervisor. He and his fiancé, Claire, share their adorable son, almost 2-year-old Jackson. In Calvin's free time, he enjoys being with his son, and after he is put to bed you'll find Calvin playing video games or watching horrible reality television. During the weekends he and his family love to hike, go on walks, and hang out with their friends. 

He said his favorite part of working at Comfort Flow is, “It’s a privilege to work alongside so many great people and I enjoy how busy my work keeps me. My days fly by."

 

Our Q2 2022 Employee Spotlight is our Controls Department Specialist, Andria Asmus! 

Meet Andria Asmus, who works in our Controls Department! Her hobbies are hiking, running, live music of any kind, laughing, smiling, food, wine, traveling and learning something new every day. 

Andria is very close with her mom who lives in Eugene, and enjoys visiting her dad in Port Orford. She has a grandmother in SoCal, and the rest of her family are retired Marines and law enforcement who are all living in Houston. She also has a fur baby named Sir William. 

She said her favorite part of working at Comfort Flow is, “I’m so grateful for all of the growth opportunities that CFH has given me. The people here are wonderful, and I’m thankful to be a part of this amazing company!”

 

Our Q1 2022 Employee Spotlight is our Commercial/Controls Shipping and Receiving Specialist, Jeramya Stephens! 

Meet Jeramya Stephens, our Commercial/Controls Shipping and Receiving Specialist. Jeramya has been married to his wife, Leigh Ann for 15 year and have two boys, Mylan and Silas. In his free time, he is a general explorer and nature lover. He loves to be outdoors, hiking and camping and loves photography!

He said his favorite part of working at Comfort Flow is, “There is just a general feeling of camaraderie, and that these people are my family. It just makes it easy to come to work when you know you are working with the people here at Comfort Flow.”

His teammates also have great things to say about him!

“He is such a hard worker. Most days I see him he doesn’t even have enough time to sit and eat lunch since he is so busy and he always brings a great attitude to work and remains motivated. He is such a great example of a Comfort Flow employee”.

 

Our Q4 2021 Employee Spotlight is our Senior Service Foreman, Randy Simmons!

Randy has been with Comfort Flow for 21 years and his favorite thing about working at CFH are the people! During his free time, Randy enjoys camping, Jeeping, dirt biking and fixing things that are broken.

He also enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Sherry, his children; Josh and Jolissa, son-in-law, Josh Larson, and of course his beautiful granddaughter, Madison!

 

Our Q3 2021 Employee Spotlight is our Office Support Coordinator, Tina Wetzell!

Tina has been with Comfort Flow for eleven and a half years. Her favorite thing about working here is the opportunity to work great people, it feels like family!

Some of her hobbies include; jeeping, going to the coast and riding quads, reading, and spending time with her son Emerald and yellow lab, Daisy May.

 

 

Our Q2 2021 Employee Spotlight is our Controls Technician, Tim Harris!

Tim has been with Comfort Flow for 7 years his favorite thing about us is the opportunity to work with various types of Controls projects and working with an awesome group of people! Some of his hobbies include, outdoor activities, hunting and fishing.

 

Our Q1 Quarter 2021 Employee Spotlight is our IT Administrator, TC McBride!

TC has been with CFH for almost 7 years and his favorite thing about us is the variety of people and the tasks he performs each day. His hobbies include; fishing, camping, traveling and gaming. He enjoys these with his wife, Michelle and his dog, Jerry.

 

Our 4th Quarter 2020 Employee Spotlight is our Field Superintendent, Jim Burdge!

Jim has been with CFH for 9 years and his favorite thing about us are the people. Jim's hobbies include- beekeeping, knife collecting and outdoors. Him and his wife Amy have two children- Opal and Adam.

 

Our 3rd Quarter 2020 Employee Spotlight is our Field Superintendent, Doug Dover!

Doug has been apart of the Comfort Flow team for 19 years. He says that his favorite thing about CFH is: Everybody! It is the best company he has worked for- and we are grateful for him! Doug enjoys fishing and going to play in the sand. Him and his wife, Lisa, of almost 30 years, have two children- Hayden and Danielle.

 

Our 2nd Quarter 2020 Employee Spotlight is our Human Resources Admin, Melissa "Missy" Chambers!

Missy has been with CFH for almost 4 years. Her favorite thing about working at CFH is all the great people she gets to work with everyday! Her hobbies include hiking and spending time with family. Missy has a grown daughter, Chantel, who just moved back to Eugene from Seattle.

 

Our 1st Quarter 2020 Employee Spotlight is our Commercial Project Manager, Sid Cooke!

Sid is a Commercial Project Manager and has been part of our Comfort Flow Heating team for 12 years. His favorite thing about working at CFH is the way Comfort Flow treats its employees – it is truly appreciated! In his free time you will find Sid with his wife Sheri watching baseball and any other sports their kids Kyleigh, 14 and Blake, 12 may be playing. Thanks for your commitment to CFH, Sid. We look forward to many more years of service.

 

Our 4th Quarter 2019 Employee Spotlight is our Residential Service Technician, Anthony Marshall!

Anthony is coming up on his 5th anniversary at Comfort Flow Heating. Anthony is a team player who appreciates the way everyone collaborates and works as a team at Comfort Flow. In his free time, he enjoys dirt biking, being outdoors and spending time with his family. Anthony and his wife Destanie have a son, Aaron and daughter, Addison. We love working with you, Anthony.

 

Our 2nd Quarter 2019 Employee Spotlight is our Controls Project Manager, Kevin Pardee!

Kevin has been with us for 17 years! His favorite thing about working at Comfort Flow is getting to see the finished product, from creation to installation. Kevin's hobbies include golf and bow hunting. Kevin and his significant other Melany live in Cottage Grove along with their two fur babies!

 

Our Co-4th Quarter 2018 Employee Spotlight is our Journeyman Commercial Installer, Steve Steinbacher!

Steve has been with Comfort Flow just over a year now (this time!) and says he enjoys working at Comfort Flow because he is treated very well and given the respect to do his job. Steve enjoys hiking, camping and snow skiing when he's not working! He and his wife Stacie have a daughter, Sara that lives in New York, a daughter Emily, who lives in Albany and a son, Jamie who lives in Washington and is in the Air Force.

 

Our Co-4th Quarter 2018 Employee Spotlight is our Service Parts Runner, Casey Wideen!

Casey (on right) has been with Comfort Flow since April of this year. His favorite thing about working at Comfort Flow is all of the amazing people he works with! When not at work, Casey enjoys art and music. Casey and his significant other, Christine just got their first place together!

 

Our 3rd Quarter 2018 Employee Spotlight is our Journeyman Commercial Installer, Mike Mervine!

Mike has been with us at CFH for just over 4 years! His favorite thing about working at CFH is coming up with solutions for difficult problems. We are incredibly lucky to have him on our team! Mike's hobbies are playing guitar, photography, hiking, fishing, and camping. He and his wife Kendra have been married for 18 years and have two children, daughter Madelyn, 15, and son Max, 9. Thank you for everything you do Mike!

 

Our 2nd Quarter 2018 Employee Spotlight is our New Construction Field Supervisor, Joe Garner!

Joe has a long history with us. He started working for Comfort Flow almost 19 years ago. Today he’s our New Construction Field Supervisor. He says his favorite part about working at Comfort Flow is his co-workers. (Aw, shucks!) His hobbies are hunting, fishing, hiking, and, well, just about anything outdoors! He and his wife, Mindy, have two children, Darren and Wyatt. Congratulations to Joe, and we look forward to many more great years with us!

 

Our 1st Quarter 2018 Employee Spotlight is our Residential Service Dispatcher, Sheila Kau!

Sheila has been with CFH nearly seven years. The favorite part of her job; the relationships she’s built with customers and co-workers. Her hobbies include camping and country music concerts. She loves animals! She lives with her Pitbull/Boxer mix Alli, and her cat, Baby Kitty. Thank you, Sheila!

Our 3rd Quarter 2017 Employee Spotlight is our Residential Salesperson, Kyle Hampton!

Kyle works in residential sales and has been with us for more than 14 years! Kyle says his favorite thing about Comfort Flow – the co–workers! (And we promise no one bribed him to say that!) Outside of his job, he loves hiking, wake surfing, and remodeling his house. Kyle is married and has three kiddos – 2 boys and a girl. Congrats, Kyle! We’re proud to have you as part of our team!
