We want give a huge shout out of THANKS to the install team at Comfort Flow Heating for their tremendous efforts to make Klassic Tails Inn that much better. They installed all new high efficiency Heat Pump and A/C units in both buildings this week. Jared H & Matt Z worked hard to make that right fit for our unique installation. All worked tirelessly to keep safety a top priority for our guests and clients. We could not be happier with the out come of this project and are excited to bring just one more level of comfort to our guest's.

After moving in to a new house my heat pump went out! We spoke with Kyle directly and he handled everything in a timely manner. We were scheduled for a replacement within a week.. in the mean time they provided me with a standing window unit to keep the house cool. David R. And Matthew Z. installed the new heat pump. They were both very professional and informative. Thank you!

Jared H and Manuel S oversaw the replacement of our old, worn-out heating/cooling system with an energy-efficient electric heat pump heating/cooling configuration that also includes a heat pump water heater. We are so pleased with everything they did today, including the minimal impact on our day for such a big change. My entire experience with Comfort Flow was fantastic! From Jeff doing the initial inspection and bid, to Mike coming out for the mechanical assessment, to David, Tyler, Andrew, Jarrod, Jorge doing amazing job with the installation. They were very responsive, professional and you can tell they enjoyed working together as a team. I would highly recommend them and I will absolutely call them again with any of our HVAC needs.

This July, 2023, Comfort Flow replaced our 25 year old gas furnace with a Trane air handler and heat pump, which was added to our existing duct work. Cool air this summer! In addition, we has Mitsubishi mini-splits put in our upstairs bedroom and an apartment, and they work great!

We have 3 ductless heat pumps installed by CF and one installed by someone else. The units CF uses are much better than the other one we got. More importantly though the service from beginning to end is always pleasant and efficient. And they arrive when they say they will. Once in like 20 visits over 10 years I think they were going to be late and they called. (We have had on if these well over ten years and have been using CF for twice yearly maintenance on these and the big heat pump we have in a rental.) We just moved and need one at our new place: Kyle came and looked and said, "Yes, we can, here's how much it will cost."* Mike came and looked again to be sure. Then Trey and David came and said "Whoa, that's a crazy plan but, I think we can!" And they did it and were so pleasant! Marie the electrician also dealt with some hurdles with extreme grace "I've seen worse." Our dog loved them all.
