Anthony showed up to check out our wonky thermostat. He was on time, professional, courteous, and listened to what I said. He found nothing wrong with our thermostat, but did find a hose in the heating unit that was in the wrong place (?). Don't understand how that happened, but so happy that's all it was. The system is working perfectly again. Thanks, Anthony!

I find it refreshing in an era of outsourced corporate communications support to speak with people directly. I highly value that my $$$ supports local workers in the community that I live in as well!
