Service was excellent
Late posting of a June review. First time getting our HVAC serviced and ducts cleaned (same day). The two man crew did a great job and were respectful. Will be a return customer.

When our AC unit went out more than once for 4 years in a row and our home warranty company failed to repair the problem we needed help. I searched for the number one top rated heating and air conditioning company in the Eugene area and found Comfort Flow. I called and explained our situation and they sent a representative the next day. Kyle was great to work with. He examined the unit in our attic and outside and explained the unit we had was original to our house and not the correct size to cool our size home. Our unit was 25 years old. I couldn't believe it. It needed replaced. He went over our options, gave us his recommendation and we trusted exactly what he suggested. He then went over the pricing and warranty and even set us up with zero APR financing. He was very professional and personable. We were so appreciative. We got our install scheduled in a timely manner and it took the guys 2 days to complete the job . I felt so bad for them as it was 130 degrees in our attic those 2 days. They took very good care of our house while hauling out the old unit and installing the new one. We are extremely impressed. Kyle even came back to the house to show us exactly how to use the new thermostat and install the app on our phones to control the the temperature from anywhere in the house. We love our new unit and want to thank the whole team for taking care of us!
