Comfort Flow is a great company with great service. No matter what technician that comes to my house for service, they are ALWAYS friendly, polite and know what they are doing. They do a great job and always clean up after themselves. If a male technician comes to my house, I feel safe and unconcerned around them. Being a female, I have to think about these things. Not once have I ever felt NOT safe around any of their technicians.
I would highly recommend Comfort Flow and will ONLY use them to service and maintain my system.

I called after hours on Monday to see about having someone look at my dad's heat pump looked at (the control panel went black over the weekend) and was offered having an after hours tech come out or being put on a call list for the next day. They returned my call early in the morning and were able to add us to the schedule that afternoon.

Technician arrived shortly after assigned time frame and was professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problem and presented options which I appreciated.
All involved were professional and understanding. But, I have not lost power yet to put the system to the test.
