From Shelia in scheduling to the tech that came out to do a inspection on a heat pump on a house we were considering to buy. The process was smooth and helpful in all aspects.
Felt that the opinion I got was honest and to the point on the condition of the unit.

The tech came promptly as we were told. Was very polite and professional with my wife. All work was completed neatly and efficiently. I really appreciate the staff. They also made multiple attempts to contact us so they could complete the service that we had prepaid. Everyone at Comfort Heating and Cooling are great. Thank you for taking us as clients.

Furnace would not stay on. It was another cold morning. I called Comfort Flow and by mid-afternoon, it was fixed. The repair was made by a very pleasant young man, who worked quickly. He explained what he found and after we paid a reasonable charge for the part and the call, he was on his way to the next customer.

Very good service call. The service technician and his trainee were both very friendly, and efficient.
They arrived well within the two hour window that was arranged for the service call.
The actual service was accomplished quickly.
I also appreciated that they both used shoe covers when they came in, since our unpaved driveway can be a little wet and muddy this time of year.

Again, very good service at every step.
The technician showed up well within the time frame for the appointment. I got a call from the office to alert me that the tech was on the way from the previous customer. Much appreciated.
The service was quick and efficient. The tech was friendly.
