Great maintenance team, good sales personnel, good installers. Was not contacted upon completetion of the furnace/heat pump install. Would have appreciated the install team reaching out to let me know they completed the work and had no problems.

I was heading out of town the next day and my furnace stopped working. I called several repair companies and they couldn't come that day. I called Comfort Flow and they said they could respond late afternoon, I told them my situation and they said they would try. An hour later they called back and said they could be at my house in 20 minutes. They came and fixed my unit in a timely manner and their charges were more than fair. Thank you Comfort Flow.

We had two visits from Comfort Flow last week, the first for our annual maintenance check, the second to correct a small problem. In both cases we had excellent service. The technicians worked efficiently and told us exactly what they were doing and what needed to be done. We had an issue with our NG Fireplace and from my initial call to service ( Sheila ) and to the technician ( Anthony Marshall) that came troubleshoot and solve the issue the service was 5 stars. Called on Monday … home visit scheduled Tuesday and problem solved in 30 mins. Automated system notification was a bonus reminder tech was coming.
