I couldn't be more impressed with this team! Robert came out to do the estimate—he was easy to work with, got our quote over quickly, and clearly walked us through the rebate process. Travis and Randy made sure we knew what to expect from start to finish, and their crew arrived ready to get to work on day one.
Sean and Emerald were courteous, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful—staying on top of cleanup and working carefully around our cat and many children. We had a unit installed in every room, and they made sure to keep doors closed for safety and protect surrounding items with drop cloths. That level of care is truly above and beyond.
Jorden handled the electrical work, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better-run team. The finished product was completed days ahead of schedule, the trim-out is tidy and well thought out, and our home is already more comfortable than ever.

Excellent communication. This was follow up service on a generator that was not receiving adequate fuel. Comfort Flo to care of the issue, coordinated with the city and northwest natural. Lots of work on their end to ensure proper operation of the generator.
They were easy to schedule, came out in a timely manner. Colton was our technician. He was knowledgeable, skillful, and friendly. We signed up for the bi-annual service and now have ease-of-mind knowing Comfort Flow will be taking care of our system in the future.
I had Comfort Flow install a ductless heating system in my house a few years ago and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are on time and efficient any time I have them out for any reason. Most recently Caz came out the same day I called to look at an issue we were having. It. turned out after a friendly and excellent explanation that our system was operating correctly, we just didn't understand what was happening. Now we do and oh, no charge for the visit! Got to love that!!
Bi-annual ductless system maintenance performed efficiently and thoroughly. The office staff and my tech were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
Installation Techs very professional. Arrived at stated time each day & cleaned up after themselves.
