Pleased with the tech that came out to do the maintenance work. Very polite and very capable.
I awakened recently to a 53 degree home!! Very cold.. I called Comfort Flow with my problem and within a few hours a gentleman arrived at my home, evaluated the situation and replaced the "broken heat strip/s", in a few hours my home was very comfy.
Everybody I dealt with was very pleasant and professional.
I have worked with Comfort Flow since the late 80's and have never been dissatisfied with their service.

I have called upon Comfort Flow to install a furnace and heat pump system as well as maintenance on the system. I have found the service to be professional and timely. Staff have been very courteous, respectful and helpful. We are completely satisfied with the service and assistance.
Anthony showed up to check out our wonky thermostat. He was on time, professional, courteous, and listened to what I said. He found nothing wrong with our thermostat, but did find a hose in the heating unit that was in the wrong place (?). Don't understand how that happened, but so happy that's all it was. The system is working perfectly again. Thanks, Anthony!
