Jeff & Kathy here from Springfield. We had excellent service from technician Anthony and were highly pleased with Comfort Flow Heating. Our HVAC system had stopped working. We called for service and they scheduled an appointment the next day. Anthony repaired the issue and identified there was another issue with the system and we made plans for that repair as well. An excellent organization.
This is our second ductless heat pump, excellent service, very professional and the company donates to the community.
We have loved working with this company. They not only installed our ductless unit in a position that cools our entire home in the hot weather, they also came up with a really creative way to route our dryer vent when everyone else we talked to just told us how difficult our set-up was. We got quotes from three different companies and we felt so lucky that we went with Comfort Flow, they really took care of us.
