We recently had a new heat pump/furnace installed by *** and it was a great experience. The system is so quiet and it works wonderfully. The customer service was fantastic, and the installation was quick. I highly recommend Comfort Flow Heating to anyone looking to install or maintain their ac/heater system. My heat pump stopped working on September 10th and I called the after hours number for help. I talked to Alex, the service tech, a little while later on the phone and he walked me through the process of restarting the heat pump. It then restarted without any issues.
The next morning, I got a follow-up call from the Shelia and she advised that she had a tech available to come out immediately to check things out. Dawson arrived a few minutes later and found a clog in a water line. He cleaned it out and the system is operating very well.
I appreciated the fact that Alex helped me over the phone and saved me the callout fees. I also appreciated Shelia for getting help out immediately and for Dawson's work to actually correct the original problem.
I have been doing business with Comfort Flow for over 20 years and this is just another example of the great work that they do.

Repair person came at the scheduled time and identified/performed the fix in a very short amount of time. Explained what the issue was and tested the unit to make sure the fix worked. Quick, thorough and curtious.
CFH installed our furnace 20 years ago...they've kept it running wonderfully ever since. Their service/mountainous folks are always courteous, efficient and professional...'looking forward to the next 20 with 'em!
