We're new to the Coos Bay area and we have found it difficult to get people out in a timely manner to get work done or even do an estimate. This company has been the exception to the rule. They show up when they say they will, they do what they the say they will and every one of them has been friendly and knowledgeable. All done on the agreed upon price to boot. We would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you to Jeff Casley in sales whose professionalism really sold us on the company and to the people who did the three different jobs, Lynne, Greg, Joe and their crews were great.
Everything went exceptionally well. They were able to get out on fairly quick notice, service people were knowledgeable and informative, system works very well. Special thanks to Jeff who went through costs, installation and returned after installation to make sure the system was working properly and offer help setting the system up for maximum efficiency. Would highly recommend.
I got different "bids" from three companies. One of them didn't even bother getting back to me. As they also needed to install a gas line. They said it was to complicated. These guys went above and beyond. Definitely recommend them, specially Jeff.

Comfort Flow just completed the installation of a 16,000 KW General home back up generator for us. From Kyle in sales, to Joe & Jordon in electrical & installation, and the other staff who handles the gas lines and the office folks for scheduling and follow up, Comfort Flow was superb. Professional. On time. Super clean before, during, and after the job.

We replaced our existing heating and cooling system in August 2019 with a new Trane furnace and heat pump. We are very pleased with the new system. The installation was timely, neat and clean. The installers, Adam, David and Lynn were very professional and helpful. Also Marie, the electrician, was very professional and willing to answer any questions we might have. The new system is more efficient which has allowed us to lower our cooling and heating temperatures needed to keep our home comfortable.
A big thank you to Zac, our sales rep, who answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about their products, rebates and all the financing options available. He even scheduled a follow up visit to help us program our new thermostat. It was much appreciated.
We have been CFH customers since purchasing our home in 2016. We trusted them and their staff enough to be confide they would be the best company to use for our replacement system. It was a wise decision. We will continue to use them.
