The tech's were on time and very courteous. All work was completed on schedule, all the packing material was cleaned up and removed. It was overall a very good experience. We are long time Comfort Flow customers and will continue to be. I would strongly recommend them.
Comfort's Rep. Zac Gomes was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He came back twice to make sure I understood how to clean the electronic air filter.
My husband and I were desperate to get gas routed to our 1960s home and install an efficient HVAC and water heater. We previously only had ceiling heat and wanted to go with a company that went above and beyond to ensure the best quality throughout the entire job. It took comfort flow heating and air a week to completely change our entire home for the better. They made sure all of questions and concerns were answered quickly and thoroughly. My husband works at a gas company and is familiar with a lot of the process in regards to gas installation and we could not feel better about our decision to go with comfort flow heating and air. There are a lot of companies out there but the transparency and honesty in this company rises above the rest.
We're new to the Coos Bay area and we have found it difficult to get people out in a timely manner to get work done or even do an estimate. This company has been the exception to the rule. They show up when they say they will, they do what they the say they will and every one of them has been friendly and knowledgeable. All done on the agreed upon price to boot. We would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you to Jeff Casley in sales whose professionalism really sold us on the company and to the people who did the three different jobs, Lynne, Greg, Joe and their crews were great.
Everything went exceptionally well. They were able to get out on fairly quick notice, service people were knowledgeable and informative, system works very well. Special thanks to Jeff who went through costs, installation and returned after installation to make sure the system was working properly and offer help setting the system up for maximum efficiency. Would highly recommend.
I got different "bids" from three companies. One of them didn't even bother getting back to me. As they also needed to install a gas line. They said it was to complicated. These guys went above and beyond. Definitely recommend them, specially Jeff.
