We've used Comfort Flow to maintain our heat pump, for many years. They have been the best to work with. I love that I don't have to worry about remembering to schedule check-ups, I get a lovely phone call reminder every 6 months.

This is a company that stands by their products and their work. We had problems with the HVAC heat pump system we purchased. Comfort Flow tried repeatedly to fix the issues, to no avail. Eventually they replaced the entire system at their expense. The new system has been working extremely well. We purchased the annual maintenance plan and are impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the techs that come to check our system.
