A heat pump is a significant purchase. This one is close to 15 yo. Having it maintained twice a year by your professional staff means that the unit will work properly for as long as I need it; we'll be okay. In a rapidly changing climate, that's important.

Comfort Flow Heating installed anew heat pump and furnace for us. The installation day was icy and traffic wasn't moving. They arrived about noon and stayed to finish the installation that day. The city building inspector came out and only spent about 3 minutes here. Said the work was "beautiful" and was impressed by some of the things they had done.
