Competent, polite, efficient!
Comfort Flow did a great job installing my mini-split ductless heat pump and air handler units in Nov. 2024. The sales rep was very impressive - drawing from his 20+ years experience with Comfort Flow in different roles, such as installation, before sales. This allowed him to make informed recommendations.
Installers were on time, courteous and completed installation of my single unit in less than a day.
They went over and beyond the standard level of service at no extra cost when I experienced a possible fallout from the installation when my hot water heater began to fail right after the heat pump installation. After a couple of days without water and my own troubleshooting the hot water heater and breaker box, they sent an electrician to diagnose and correct the issue, despite the small possibility the breaker would fail anyway, unrelated to the changes they made in the panel. It turned out to be an older breaker and bad wiring which they replaced.
I would certainly recommend Comfort Flow Heating and Air Conditioning.

Comfort Flow did the installation several years ago of our ductless heating and cooling system. They were great, did a great job and we have been very happy with everything. We have them come out periodically to do maintenance on the system and they are always courteous, professional, and do a great job. They wear their shoe covers in the house so they don't track anything and clean up after themselves. We highly recommend them! Update Dec 2024: They still meet all these expectations. We recommend them all the time when anyone mentions needing services Comfort Flow provides.
