Our heating system went out, and Comfort Flow was quick to respond that same day. From the service technician, to the Sales agent Zac, and the install team Adam, Mark, and Casey, everyone involved was knowledgeable and kind. Zac explained available financing options, and the experience was flawless. I would highly recommend Comfort Flow to anyone else in need of heating/air.

We hired comfort flow to install a new gas line to our kitchen for our new gas stove. Out of the few companies that were listed on the Northwest naturals website comfort flow was the cheapest. David and Trevor showed up on time and were super friendly. They even went above and beyond by bringing in our new oven from outside and taking our old one out. Thanks again!

Comfort Flow Heating (CFH) did a complete heat pump instillation with ducting. The workmanship was excellent and the system works beautifully.
We received several bids and chose Comfort Flow because there wasn't much difference in price, and Zack (sales rep.) was professional and responsive. He also gave us a very detailed bid that let us know exactly what we were purchasing; the other bids left me unsure what I was buying. Once the contract was signed, Zack worked with the City to get us an energy rebate which saved us $800.
The installation was done by David, Rob, and Traver. In the week that it took to install the ducting and pump, they were always professional and tidy, removing debris at the end of the day. They also went to great lengths to minimize dust using drop cloths where they installed vents and returns, and vacuumed and swept even when there was no noticeable debris.
I normally have reservations about recommending a company or contractor, but everything about my experience with them leads me to highly recommend CFH and their excellent employees.
