[10-09-2024] our ESA continues to prove value for what we paid into it. The service technicians were on time, serviced the furnace and A/C units without delay. They needed to use a paper filter because the previous filter which is serviceable, does come apart if dropped and pieces can be sucked into the intake fan. The techs replace the filter and advised me why they don't carry the serviceable filters any longer ( which is good to know ) . Job well done
Max was our technician and he was extremely professional. We had 4 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit so he was very busy but he did it all very quickly and efficiently.
The technician was extremely nice and very careful of both inside and outside my home. I'm still not happy with my thermostat. It's too confusing unless I have only heat or only AC. But that has been going on since I have had the thermostat and I have had several technicians look at it. So, I assume it's just me! Other than that, I am very happy with COMFORT FLOW HEATING and all their people!
