Comfort, flow heating and air conditioning did a good job servicing my ductless, heat pump and my electric furnace. The maintenance person did a very careful and thorough job cleaning the ductless heat pump inside and outside She however, could not get the electric furnace working so a repair person came the next day and realized it just needed a new thermostat. Good reliable service every time I've used them
We had our ducts cleaned. Very prompt on arrival time, pleasant and courteous. Did a very good job and cleaned up after the job was complete.
Excellent furnace and heat pump installation! The crew was impressive- knowledgeable, considerate, good-natured, efficient, and quick with a ton of work. I look forward to meeting annual maintenance folks. Cozy sourdough home :-) .

We've been using Comfort Flow for the past 8yrs since we bought this home, as the previous owner had a contract with them that rolled over to us. Their customer service is exceptional! Their technicians are knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I've often called to express how pleased I am with their services. In the last 8yrs I've only had one tech who didn't meet their high quality of service. He just wasn't up to their standards unfortunately, which was sad for him as every tech has said it's an amazing company to work with. I will ALWAYS use Comfort Flow because it's worth it!
When my heat stopped working during cold weather Comfort Flow was able to help me on short notice. Their technician Dawson came and diagnosed the problem and explained the repairs needed . He came back the next day and got the heat working. I signed up for their biannual maintenance plan. Comfort Flow is a great company.
