The entire staff at Comfort Flow, from the first contact that answers the phone to the schedulers and technicians, are always professional and provide great service. I have been using Comfort Flow for over 5 years now for my furnace and heat pump, and they have always provided top notch service.
Had to have a foreman return to set up thermostat correctly. Thanks for the 'save'. First tech also didn't bother to return hose the bib leaving it in our garden

We have worked with Comfort Flow Heating for 20 years. They have installed 3 HVAC systems ( one for a rental property and 2 for hour primary residence) and provide routine maintenance every six months. They are excellent at communicating and providing service. I highly recommend them.
A Comfort Flow technician responded to our service call regarding a glitch in our thermostat.
He was polite, knowledgeable and listened to our explanation of the situation.
After replacing the thermostat he programmed it for us as well and checked out our HVAC system prior to departure.
He did an excellent job.
The 4 person team of installers/electricians were very professional and helpful throughout the job. All workers were respectful of our house, focused on the work and easy to communicate with in regards to all aspects of the installation. Completed job looks and works great.
