I find the service for my heat pump and my gas fireplace to be outstanding. All of the technicians are polite, prompt, and efficient in maintaining my heating system. They are also helpful in explaining the operation of the thermostat and other equipment. I should add that the regular maintenance schedule has saved me a lot of money because the technician found a major part that needed replacement just before the warranty expired. I am impressed with the quality of the service.
Mr.Tarwater came out and inspected our crawl spaces thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and did not try to rush the visit. I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism. I have always found Comfort Flow Heating to take care of our needs, and I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
