The technician was extremely nice and very careful of both inside and outside my home. I'm still not happy with my thermostat. It's too confusing unless I have only heat or only AC. But that has been going on since I have had the thermostat and I have had several technicians look at it. So, I assume it's just me! Other than that, I am very happy with COMFORT FLOW HEATING and all their people!
