I rarely write reviews. The exception is for the few companies like Comfort Flow that go above & behind in exceptional service & quality. From start to finish, Kyle and his team were attentive, courteous, and focused on getting things right to the last detail. They came back out to check on our happiness multiple times when we had questions, and did more to ensure our full satisfaction more than any contractor we have ever worked with. I could not possibly recommend them more.
David Reid and Trevor Schamp did a phenomenal install in challenging conditions at my home. The two of them made me a Comfort Flow customer for life.
I felt comfortable leaving the two of them at my residence all day with my wife and 3 year old daughter. Not only was the job challenging, my daughter was adamant on helping her two new friends. David and Trevor were very professional, and family friendly during the whole experience. If you are looking for a company with not only the knowledge and drive to get the job done right, but also increasing the customer experience, you found them. Thank you from our family to yours.

The people who come out to service my heating unit are knowledgeable and professional. A special shout out to Tiffany, who does an amazing job of diagnostics and repair.
Jeff Casley's knowledge of home heating and air conditioning is superb. He can come into your space and figure out exactly the solution you need to keep your home comfortable and possibly even save you money on your utility bills each month in the process. If you're even thinking about a new furnace or heat pump, talk to Jeff first.

My heat pump went out in the summer and Jeff of Comfort Flow of Springfield was awesome. He helped us get a new heat pump within the next week even though we were going to be out of town. Everything was done before we returned home. Of course it was also in the hottest part of summer. They treated our house with respect and we didn't even know that someone had been there while we were gone. It was really a great experience with no hassles. Thanks Comfort Flow!!!!

David Chase installed a fan on our fireplace and it is great. He did a fantastic job and was very efficient, friendly and professional...the perfect service technician!
Just signed up with Kyle to replace an existing unit that's 14 years old. We are going to be able to upgrade to a ductless unit thanks to him and Lane Electric. He was very informative and easy to chat with. He stayed professional despite my rantings lol. Thanks for your time.

Great company. Their on time and do what they say their going to do. We've had our AC fixed and have regular maintenance to prevent problems from arising. Love working with Chad Doney he very helpful and professional
