We are so grateful for, and so impressed with, our new heat pump system. Adam, Lynn, and Mitch did such a great job. We had expected the work to take two full days and that we would have to wait for at least two weeks for the installation to even start. Needless to say, we were thrilled when Kelly called to set up the work appointment for this week.

The unit is so quiet. And keeping the fan going to circulate the air throughout the home has made things very comfortable in every room. You were correct when you said that we would want to adjust our heat and cool set points. It cools so much better that we had to move our cooling point up a b it higher. The new thermostat is SO cool. We love it all!

Thank you so much for helping us get the new system and for getting it scheduled so quickly. We are thrilled! Please pass on our gratitude to the guys for doing such a great job. We are very grateful.

To all at Comfort Flow,

We want to thank everyone for helping us get our new Trane heat pump installed.

Kyle answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the product, rebates and all financing options available.

Mike came out and explained just how they would do the actual install and gave advice on where the heat pump should sit.

The installers, Adam, Lynn and Mitch were glad to answer all of our questions and worked non stop to get the job done quickly. When the guys left, there wasn't any mess left for us to clean up.

Every one of the people we came in contact with at Comfort Flow were courteous, helpful and on time. They were all here when they said they would be and are some of the most professional people we have dealt with. The owners of Comfort Flow can be proud to have such great employees.

We are enjoying the nice, comfortable, even heat throughout the house and know that our electric bill will be less.

We will gladly recommend Comfort Flow to our friends and neighbors.
