Comfort Flow Heating installed the original AC and furnace when my house was built, performed the routine maintenance over the years, and recently replaced the prior system with more efficient and quiet equipment. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. CFH has been keeping our house comfortable for over 15 years and we'd never switch!
This is the 3rd unit that we have had installed by comfort flow, 3 different places. We have always been pleased with their service and pricing has been reasonable. This last installation brought about some poor communication, and some things were done that were not supposed to be. When this miscommunication was brought to their attention, they were more than willing to come back and see what the issue was, and to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is such that we were told "we don't care if it costs us another 1500 dollars to fix it, we want you to be satisfied when we are done" We were able to reach a mutual understanding/agreement and everything was made right and to our satisfaction.
Knowledgeable and professional beginning to end. Jeff Casley gave an impressive presentation. We had three other companies visit with us and by far we felt more confident with Comfort Flow. The Trane is wonderful. Thank you all, sales, installation and office staff.
Happy with the contact we have made with Comfort Flow at home shows and other public events/festivals. Most of the representatives we have been in contact with have been friendly and offered a lot of useful information. Our Daughter "Kendy" is actually employed with Comfort Flow and very much enjoys working with and for the group of people she works with.
