The service was great. The office scheduler is rude. She should find a job she is happy doing or stay home. Ms. Large and in charge.
Overall, we have had a good experience with Comfort Flow. They were recommended to us by people we know and trust. The explanation of the various options was clear, and communication with the service staff has been timely. While the system is still new, thus far it is working very well.
Our only issue was that when the system was first installed, there was a problem that took about a week to correct. The service specialist who did so was very helpful, and since this time, we've been very happy with the new unit.
I have been in the HVAC business for the last 45 years. I founded Air Inc. a Air and Water balancing firm. Over the years we have worked with CFH on many commercial projects. When it came time to replace our old heat pump systems it was a easy choice to determine who we wanted to do this type of quality work. Kyle, the sales person gave us a quality estimate after inspecting our old system. CFH two installing technicians Adam and Bob did an amazing job. They were always on time, very knowledgeable and professional. They answered any questions or concerns I had promptly. I would not hesitate to highly recommend CFH for any HVAC projects.

Comfort Flow Heating installed the original AC and furnace when my house was built, performed the routine maintenance over the years, and recently replaced the prior system with more efficient and quiet equipment. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. CFH has been keeping our house comfortable for over 15 years and we'd never switch!
This is the 3rd unit that we have had installed by comfort flow, 3 different places. We have always been pleased with their service and pricing has been reasonable. This last installation brought about some poor communication, and some things were done that were not supposed to be. When this miscommunication was brought to their attention, they were more than willing to come back and see what the issue was, and to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is such that we were told "we don't care if it costs us another 1500 dollars to fix it, we want you to be satisfied when we are done" We were able to reach a mutual understanding/agreement and everything was made right and to our satisfaction.
Knowledgeable and professional beginning to end. Jeff Casley gave an impressive presentation. We had three other companies visit with us and by far we felt more confident with Comfort Flow. The Trane is wonderful. Thank you all, sales, installation and office staff.
