The service person that came was very polite and professional. Being the new owner of an older home we wanted to make sure everything was working properly and he assured us things were fine.

So worth it to get the regular scheduled maintenance done on my heat pump system and not have to worry about having problems this winter. The technician was very thorough too.
When the heat pump needed to be replaced, we called Comfort Flow as they had kept the old unit running for a number of years. Mike Z the salesman was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, explained what we needed to suit our house and was able to do the contract and arrange financing easily.. The techs who installed, David R, Manuel S, and Marie S, were on time, prompt and professional. Explained what they were doing and answered any questions. They were very polite and it was comfortable having them in the house. And am very grateful to have the new system up and running as the weather is getting colder!
