Zak was very professional when he came out to do the initial bid and also with the follow up after the units were installed. The crew that consisted of Lynn and three helpers did a great job and was in and out within the day. I highly recommend Comfort Flow Heating as our home is now nice and warm.

We've used Comfort Flow for more than 25 years. This weekend's experience is typical.
Two weeks ago I was using the Trane digital thermostat and was confused about a particular function and hit the help icon. The thermostat went to the help screen (which read No Help Available) and froze. Considering the cost of a service call and that I could control by wifi, I decided not to seek service to fix this flaw.
Over the weekend I encountered a Trane site that I could ask general questions of other Trane unit owners and Trane. I did not realize (I suppose I should have read the website more carefully) that inquiries were sent to local Trane dealers, including Comfort Flow.
Within minutes I received a call from Comfort Flow wondering if I wanted the unit serviced. I explained that I didn't need service and would wait until my regular spring service. Immediately after that I received another call (that I let go to voicemail) from Kyle Hampton, who had sold me my HVAC system three or four years ago. Moments later he was at the door, explained that he had seen my inquiry and remembered our address and thought that he would take care of the minor problem before he went home.
Simple fix. Took mere moments.

Great service from beginning to end. The bid process was easy and there was no high pressure or discrediting the competition. We interviewed 3 companies and felt most comfortable with Comfort Flow!

Well, what a great experience working with these guys. From Jeff Cowley coming out and talking us through our options to the installation guys, David Reid, Trevor Henderson, and Taylor Murders, we had a great experience. Joe Myers and Jordan Adkinson did a fantastic job on the electrical work, and quite quick I might add. The installation guys all had really nice demeanor while in our home, very professional but still laid back enough to have a conversation with you. I am very pleased with the whole team, and all of their work, it's nice to see some companies still care about the customer... Oh, and out new furnace and A/C units work great too :)

We are very pleased with the Comfort Flow Gas Log Set that David Reid installed in our home. He was thorough and pleasant to chat with. He made sure everything was cleaned up and that we were comfortable with the use of the remote before he left. We appreciated his attention to detail.

Jeff was very thorough in explaining the system options for our major home renovation. Lynn arrived on time and installation was great. Jeff followed up after installation. We would highly recommend Comfort Flow.



The tech's were on time and very courteous. All work was completed on schedule, all the packing material was cleaned up and removed. It was overall a very good experience. We are long time Comfort Flow customers and will continue to be. I would strongly recommend them.
Comfort's Rep. Zac Gomes was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He came back twice to make sure I understood how to clean the electronic air filter.
