Comfort Flow installed a ductless heating & A/C unit at our apartment. They did a great job and it was a herculean task as they had to climb around in the attic, crawl around in the cramped space under the building & cut through the concrete siding in several places. They also had to patch into the circuit box to hook up the power. The unit has two parts, one standing unit outside that sits on a cement slab, and the part that is inside the home that actually delivers both the heat and the A/C. They had a team of about 5 or 6 members and they worked fast & hard from 9am until almost 4pm and they completed the task. I was very impressed and the unit works like a charm! You just set the temp. you want and leave it and it does all the work for you.
We had routine preventive maintenance and the next day, the heat pump froze and would not defrost. I called in the evening and they told me what to do and then a repairman came out the next morning and corrected the issue without charge. Very responsive and excellent outcome.

Wow, very professional, the whole crew was super. We had Electric ceiling heat and installed a new Gas Trane furnace and air conditionings throughout the house. Special Thanks to David Reid, Manuel Salinas, Jared, Joe, Jordan and Joe
The service person that came was very polite and professional. Being the new owner of an older home we wanted to make sure everything was working properly and he assured us things were fine.
There was no hard sell for buying anything new, which we really appreciated.
