We bought this house in 2005 and since then we have enjoyed the tremendous services of Comfort Flow Heating and Air-conditioning. They were there for us when our furnace failed. We got a new furnace yes expensive but boy what a difference really makes our home very very comfortable and is much easier to use than to adjust. When the motherboard failed a week after the warranty Comfort flow was there to extend our warranty and save us an extra $1,000. Everything has been fine since. When our water heater was on the verge of failing.. for the last 10 or 11 years... We finally decided to have comfort flow replace it. What an incredible difference. Comfort flow has the nicest people to work with that are efficient and care, really care for their customers. This is a great company taking care of business in the right way... Customers first ??

Comfort Flow always takes the best care of me. The latest was my AC. After the heat dome in June, I decided it was time to call Comfort Flow. The office scheduled me, staff came out. All done in the most professional and courteous way. Then the equipment arrived way earlier than expected and Jared, Fawn and Andrew installed the three units and heat pump. What a pleasure all three are! I am thrilled with my new addition to my old house and will continue to recommend Comfort Flow to anyone. Thank you!

We had a heat pump/AC unit installed today. Jared, Fawn and Axel were fantastic! Not only were they prompt, professional and friendly, they went above and beyond the service call. As they were installing our unit, Fawn fixed a couple minor things she found; bubble cover for outdoor outlet replaced, and our dryer vent that needed to be repaired. Jared and Axel were super as well! Prior to departing, Jared gave a full tutorial on how to use our new unit which was very helpful, and super easy! Our house is already cooling down! Also, our parts came in 2 months early!! We originally thought the install wouldn't happen until late September. With the fires that surround us, and the heat we're enduring, we are so grateful to have our AC unit installed to keep us, and our pets cool! We are so grateful for the level of service CFH provided to us. They are just amazing! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much!
