I would highly recommend Comfort Flow as you will see from my experience. I called Comfort Flow for an estimate on venting a bathroom fan that vented straight into the attic, or so I thought. In discussing the options we decided to have the fan upgraded to include a heater. The fan we were replacing caused to bathroom to be so cold during the winter as the attic air was seeping into the bathroom. We got an estimate and scheduled the work to be done. When our installer came to put the new fan and heater in, he noticed our previous fan had a light and the new fan did not. That was not their fault, I forgot to mention the light so I figured we would make due with the diminished light. The new fan and heater made all the difference. I noticed an immediate difference the new system made in the temperature as it was installed properly unlike the one it replaced. A couple days later I received a call from them saying they neglected to notice the lights until the hole had been cut for the new unit. They said we could take money off the installation or they could put a light in the shower rated for moisture that would add light to the room. I chose to have a light installed. When our installer came out, unknown to me, he had run a wire to the location of the new light in case we chose to have one installed when he had done the previous work. I was amazed at the level of customer service received. I had not expected a light at no charge. I found out the previous fan had been vented improperly and that was the whole reason for the chill in the wintertime. Comfort Flow went above and beyond. I am one very happy customer!

David and Josh worked very efficiently, clean and professional in installing a new heating and aircondition unit in our home.
We were very happy to get job completed in one day and looking forward for a warm house in winter.
Thank you also to the nice lady that set up appointments and Jeff that help us choose what unit to buy.

This job was converting an all electric house to gas furnace, water heater, and eventually a kitchen stove. Tyler was my first contact. He was professional and thorough with his evaluation of what this conversion would take as the house had no duct system. Getting this done during covid was a challenge and it took longer to get on their calendar than I expected. Once a date was set they were on time. The installation crew were Lynn and Taylor. They worked with me when they needed to but mostly without. Once installed I noticed the duct work effectively blocked access to part of the attic. I mentioned it to them and we came to a solution. Lynn discussed vent locations with me before any cutting began throughout the project. The project took 6 working days and I was pleased with the results.

The Comfort Flow Heating just installed our heating/ac unit. They were on time, professional and easy to deal with. The whole team including David Reid, Gabe Fowler, Marie Skeele and Fawn Coultas were polite, wore masks and shoe protectors in our home. They did a quick and amazing job. Thank you!

From estimate to install, and now into my second periodic service call, these folks are amazing. Everyone has been cheerful and so dilligent in their work. Highly recommend you give them an oppurtunity to provide the same level of service to you.

I KIND of recommend Comfort Flow. The actual people who do the work are great; respectful, clean, and do good work. But the office people leave something to be desired. I am not going to play some childish games with adult people about scheduling work and being penalized for not answering the phone fast enough for them (bathroom anyone??). When a customer makes an appointment, simply show up at the scheduled time, in a capitalistic society, the business is bound to the dollar, my dollar does not have to go to your company, its quite sad really because I really want Comfort Flow to do the work since they literally have installed the gas from the ground up in this house, but I can get treated better elsewhere. So its a 50/50 with them, I had to move on because I actually needed the work done.

The Comfort Flow team just finished a major 3 zone project at our home. Technicians Adam, Taylor and Fawn arrived on time each day, wore protective masks, demonstrated complete courtesy and labored in our stiflingly hot attic for four days. They replaced one of our 17 year old furnaces and its associated A/C unit. I had four companies bid the project and selected Comfort Flow because their solution was the most comprehensive and was presented by sales consultant Kyle, in a manner that showed he had listened to the challenges we presented and was aimed at correcting a number of deficiencies in the old system. It's important to note that Comfort Flow wasn't the lowest bid, but their obvious expertise made the choice easy. As I write this from my upstairs office, it's a comfortable 72 degrees for the first time in 17 years. Adam explained everything they did and taught us how to operate our new state of the art system. These guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day and demonstrated a terrific work ethic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the expert and professional Comfort Flow team. Well done and thank you Comfort Flow.

A/C quit working and needed some repairs. They were able to get a guy out here the next day and got it fixed. Very professional. Good work! Very happy!
