I was so impressed with Greg and Sebastian who came to clean the heating vents in our home. They arrived on time. Were very kind and professional. Got to work right away and did a thorough job. Cleaned up after themselves. Kept me informed along the way and even showed me the results after the cleaning (eek!). Definitely recommend. Very pleased.
We have a maintenance contract with them and they have kept us up and running for years. We purchased the original system from them a number of years ago and we're very glad we did. They have been very professional, on time, reliable, and explain everything they do.
It is now some time since I wrote that first paragraph. Since then we have installed a whole-house generator, the work being completed just yesterday. Comfort Flow handled EVERYTHING from the bid to the final installation. Once the trench was dug, the entire project was done in a week. We purchased a natural gas generator. CF handled the electrical, the gas, installing another panel next to our existing electrical panel in the garage, subbed out the digging of the ditch where the lines are run, making sure the inspector signed off on the job, teaching us how to maintain the generator, EVERYTHING! We didn't need to worry about filling in anything forgotten or 1/2 done. CF accomplished everything needed and it was a job well-done. ALL of the Comfort Flow workers were highly competent, on time, met their time estimates, if not finishing early. It was a total pleasure dealing with this company.
CF continues to build our trust in their company that has come through for us many times. I will continue to use them for anything having to do with the running of our home.
