Our experience with Comfort Flow was a true pleasure. From the initial meeting with Kyle Hampton (where we learned about various heat pump and furnace options and financing) to the actual installation a couple of weeks later, everything was SO professional and went so smoothly. We are thrilled with our new equipment and feel confident we will not have to once again deal with an old heat pump unit failing on a 100-degree day in the summer or a 20-degree day next winter.
The installation crew was punctual, and worked efficiently so that the job was done by 2:30 p.m. This was especially appreciated in this time of pandemic. Thanks to Journeymen Installers Lynn Weatherford and David Reid and Electrician Marie Skeele.

The whole experience has been very pleasant. No one wants to have to replace their heating and air unit but the people at Comfort Flow have made it an overall nice experience. The person who came out to give us the estimate was honest and told us what we needed without trying to over sell us. The two installers (David Reid & Lynn Weatherford) were very kind and answered all my many questions. They were very respectful of our home and animals. That means a lot to us. Today was the final day of installation it is working well so far. Thank you to everyone who made this such a pleasant and less painful experience.
We had to have our old furnace replaced with a new and more efficient one. The electrician Marie and installers David and Taylor were very knowledgeable, and we felt very comfortable having them work in our house for a couple of days. They worked really hard, and were very thorough. It was a great upgrade from a 24 year-old system. Now we have a more efficient and safe furnace that we don't need to worry about for the next 20 years or more!
We had several projects, adding up to a large job, for Comfort flow to do for us. We have an older house (80 yrs) that need much updating in the electric system and heaters installed. All of the employees were very professional. Mary and Fawn worked hard each day, not wasting any time. They were very friendly and efficient. Julie, the coordinator, was quick to answer questions we had as they came up. I would highly recommend this company for you electrical, heating and AC needs.

After almost 30days without heat due to our home warranty company, we contacted Comfort Flow. Comfort Flow was able to replace our gas furnace quickly and efficiently. They made us a priority and that spoke volumes to their quality service. David and Mark were respectful and kind! Great experience!

We had Comfort Flow replace an ageing water heater with a heat pump style, install lines for a propane tank and install a cooktop to run off the tank. This process had been in the works for over a year with other people and kept stalling as there was always part of the process that "wasn't my job". When Comfort Flow took over, they coordinated the purchasing, delivery, removal, electrical changes, installation, permitting and inspections. There were a lot of moving pieces and they quietly and efficiently took care of them all. When they were done, everything worked, everything was clean and it was done right. They were not cheap - at all - but it was done right and it was done quickly. Call outs to David Reid, who was exceptional and electrician Fawn Coultas.
Recently had two aging furnaces and two heat pumps replaced by Comfort Flow. They had to do a lot of custom work due to relocating heat pumps to new location and one furnace was I an attic. Zac did a great job of estimating the job and customer service. Adam and his crew did a neat install with some creative solutions. Job was on schedule and on time. I highly recommend this professional company.
