We had a wonderful experience with everyone at Comfort Flow. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the heat pump systems and helped steer us to the right choices for our home. The installation crew was fabulous as well. They were quick and efficient, always courteous, and had the work completed in two days. When we had a small issue with one of the heat pumps, the customer service folks sent out a repairman right away who fixed the issue. For these reasons, we have given them a five-star rating. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a heat pump system for their home.
Chuck , Jo, and crew are no joke! They all have such great work ethic and dedication to customer service. Each one of them was such a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time, answered my questions and went above and beyond! If, you need an electrician. I would highly recommend them!

The air conditioning on our home was out and Comfort Flow sent out one of their technicians, Kaz Dyer, to fix the problem. Kaz was amazing. He took the time not only to fix the problem, but to educate us on how the system works and what settings should be on the thermostat to best use our heating and air-conditioning unit. Very personable man and very thoughtful. You are very appreciated Kaz.
Brianna serviced our heat pump and air conditioning and was extremely thorough. We were very happy with her and hope she is able to service our system next time. We like the maintenance contract so our system is well cared for and should last a long time.

The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything and was very friendly.
