We recently had Comfort Flow replace a furnace and heat pump.
The furnace was upstairs in an attic. It was a difficult job, took three days and the weather was hot. David Reid, Taylor Murders, Trevor Henderson and Mitch Pratt did an exceptional job. They were quiet, efficient, respectful and hard-working. We were very pleased with the outcome and process. The support we have received from the office staff has been wonderful. Additionally, Dillon Davenport, Ryan Upshaw and Jeff Casley were great with service, maintenance, and new equipment estimates. Thanks to Comfort Flow our home is cool again.

David, Rob, Joe, and Jordan installed and wired a complete, new Trane HVAC system for us with cordiality, technical savvy, teamwork, and time efficiency. They turned a 26-year old nearly derelict situation into a silk purse. Consultant, Kyle, made every detail clear for the estimate, equipment specs., and how to take advantage of a finance package made available because of Comfort Flow's dealership with Trane. We are extremely happy campers!
The Comfort Flow team were great from initial visit by the estimator to final installation. David Reid, Trevor Henderson, Mitch Pratt and Fawn Coultas showed up on time and worked most of the day installing a new ductless air system for me. They were courteous and all did their jobs well. Most of the day they worked quietly and I hardly knew they were there. Left my yard and home spotless and left me with great air conditioning just in time for the summer heat. Highly recommend for quality, professional service.

We went with comfort flow to install a new Trane air conditioner system a little over a year ago and I just had a great impression of Kyle the salesman and i trusted him, they weren't the cheapest but i went with my gut. The system works amazing but we recently had a problem with getting mold in the vents so i called and Kyle came out with a foreman named Mike and technician named Taylor. They searched high and low for why we getting mold and couldn't figure it out but Kyle went above and beyond and offered to replace part of the ducts to try to fix the problem and comfort flow would cover it. Now in this time that was huge for my family and I because Coronavirus layoffs has been hard on us and financially we're are struggling but they came through in a huge way for us and that just says a lot about this company in my opinion. We are very thankful and if you need any heating or air conditioning installs or work go to comfort flow with out a doubt. Thank you Kyle and comfort flow you guys are amazing and we're very thankful. Thank you

I was very impressed by the quality of service I received from Comfort Flow. From the moment, I had my initial consultation with Jeff Casley, to the installation with David Reid, Rob Keneipp, Trevor Henderson and Fawn Coultas, I was listened too, respected and all my families needs were taken into account. They worked diligently and efficiently clearly wasting no time and finished the install a lot sooner than anticipated. This is clearly a company with integrity and i will use them from here on out for all of my heating and cooling needs!
Want to give a shout out to Nik who serviced my AC and furnace today. He is a true professional who takes great pride in his work. My AC unit was covered in pollen and moss and he made it look and run like new. Nik you rock!!!
