They installed a ductless system a few years ago and perform maintenance every 6 months and it is working great!

David Reid and Andrew Evans installed a new water heater and cut in new venting, which brought us up to code. They were on-time, coordinated with plumber to move existing water feed, they were quick, neat, explained how everything worked, and very polite and professional. Right Way Plumbing was equally professional. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Comfort Flows pre-planning was also very efficient, and followed through at each step at a reasonable cost. The Comfort Flow staff (including Kyle, Julie, Chuck, David, Manuel, Joe, and Jorden) who recently provided the front-end preparation and installation of a ducted heat pump system at our home did an absolutely fantastic job. The system they installed -- involving working in a cramped attic in temperatures well over 100 degrees -- works efficiently, reliably, and silently. All work was done as scheduled and neatly, with no residual scratches or dust and with all items in our house left just as they had been. Responses to questions were always answered promptly, thoroughly, and courteously. Highly recommend.

As I expected, the CFH crew did a great job of installing an AC system. They also repaired some minor issues from years ago. Nice guys that are pleasant & competent. This includes the top quality company electrician.

The service technician was personable and did a great job on the maintenance. Comfort Flow installed my HVAC system a few years ago and maintenance is suggested every 6 months. I am not a current maintenance agreement subscriber and don't want to be. As such, when I called in June 2022 to make an appointment, I was told the first available appointment was in December 2022! I made an appointment in December but I was put on a wait list. An appointment became available the next week. After the technician had been here, I called the office to request keeping the December appointment only to be told that appointment had already been given to someone else. This "advance appointment" situation also occurred the last time my system was due for maintenance. While having such an agreement might make it easier for their scheduling, I really do not appreciate this tactic. I feel as if I am being punished for not signing up for their service agreement.
