I have an older heater and air condittioner that are still in good working order. I believe that the care that they receive every 6 months from Comfort Flow is a big part of the reason for that.
I get a call every 6 months by very pleasant staff to schedule my recheck the following day or very soon and given a 2 hour window in which to expect them. The service person arrives on time and lets me know by phone when s/he is on the way so I can put my dogs in their kennels.
The work is done efficientlly and I get a verbal and written report. I also had an estimate done for a new system and that was done

Comfort Flow always does a great job and corrected a bad install done by Associated.
Was able to get technician out same day to fix problem. Fast, courteous and very professional. Can't say enough good about comfort flow
