Outstanding service! Our maintenance technician Shelby was exceptionally professional and thorough in the care of our HVAC system. We received both verbal and written description of the condition of our system, as well as a comprehensive documentation of the work performed. On a Saturday, after a power outage in my neighborhood had been restored, my heater would no longer work. I called Comfort Flow on Monday morning to schedule a service call. They were at my home by 12:30 that afternoon. The tech (Eric) diagnosed my problem and had me up and running again in no time. He stayed to make sure the problem was not the heater itself but the result of the power outage tripping a safety lockout feature on the unit. After enduring such a cold weekend without our furnace working, I can't thank Comfort Flow enough for their prompt response. Eric was great. I have used Comfort Flow over the years and they will continue to be my "go to" repair service. Thanks Again.
