We had a great experience with CFH! Everyone we spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The date for installation even ended up being sooner than we thought. Actual installation did take some time (not exactly in and out), but it had to since they had to remove our old AC unit and then install a ductless HVAC system with 2 units, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. However, the inconvenience of one day is well worth it! It's been a few months now, the summer temperatures have been up for awhile and we love how cool our house is as soon as we walk in. In fact, whether I was at work or out shopping, I found myself complaining about being hot and wishing I was home!

Financially, it's not cheap. We actually spoke to them a year ago to get the details, and we decided to wait. Instead we got a portable AC unit and a window unit to help us through last summer. We survived, but it pushed us to really save some money last year to avoid repeating the experience! It really makes us appreciate what we have now. And the utility bill savings is an added bonus every month.

The comfort flow team did a great job today installing a gas water heater into my older home. The little closet that the old water heater was in was a tight fit (which presented some unique challenges for the install), but installers David Reid and Andrew Evans did a great job of staying calm and working through this tight space and old pipes to complete the job (within the timeframe that they had quoted me). I was glad I had them come into do this job for my home, as their friendly attitude and knowledge of the situation allowed me to rest assured of a job well done. Thanks Comfort Flow team for an easy to work with process through these continuing pandemic times!

We looked into several vendors before deciding on Comfort Flow for our new heating / cooling system. In the end it came down to warrantee and commitment to taking care of the system through the course of its lifetime. They are not the cheapest vendor out there but with their warrantee and customer service they are well worth the extra dollar. It is hard to put a price on peace of mind. We have only had our new system for a few months now but look forward to the future with Comfort Flow putting its customers at the top.

I like this company for their efficent well trained people and good products. I had a ductless heat pump and two 240v wall heaters installed. When there was a problem with a thermostat they were quick to replace it.
I would use CF again.

We had Comfort Flow install a new high efficiency HVAC system and water heater in our home. The bid was clear and complete. Installers David R., Andrew E. And Mary S. Did a very professional installation. All components fit well into available space and all piping etc. were well routed. The system functions as we were told it would and we are very pleased. The installation took two days and we were only without use of the system for a few hours. The crew were on time daily and clean up was completed at the end of each day. System operation was explained to us in detail at the end of installation. We could not have had a better experience. Dean B.

The comfort specialist, Jeff Casley was very knowledgeable about all products,all team members were always on time, thorough with daily cleanup &I think the most important thing is that was able to satisfy one of the most picky people in the world ME.

We received excellent service as always from Comfort Flow, starting with our Rep Jeff C. and including the installers David R., Rob K. and electrician Mary S. Everything happened on time and our new system is amazing. We have always used Comfort Flow just because of their products & service.
