We recently had Comfort Flow come out and install a ductless heating and cooling system. Gabe F., Dave R. A d Fawn were all very professional and arrived on time both days. Highly recommended these guys.

I just moved to Springfield and this company installed the system in the house I purchased. They were excellent. 5 stars. On time, good value and they didn't try to upsell me on any other services. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. I'll keep using them in the future.

Salesman Jeff Casley really took time to investigate the best options for me, and got a rebate I didn't think I'd be entitled to. Installers Len and (Rob?) did a great job, very nice and made it easy to ask questions. Electrician Fawn was equally friendly and knowledgeable. They all cleaned up before they left, and made sure I understood how to work the thermostat. Great experience from beginning to end.

I was very happy with the entire process of purchase and installation of a new split system. The sales consultant was very thorough in measuring our house for the correct size of furnace and AC and made very sound recommendations for the equipment based on those measurements. Installation went well; the crew were on time, very personable and very efficient. Thanks To David Reid, Axel Parez-Lopex, Alex Strand and Electrician Marie Skeele for a job well done!

The two guys that came and serviced my system were professional and great conversationalist while they were working. Very pleasant experience and very reasonable price wise to keep my system at peak working order. Highly recommend!!

Not five star, but probably not their fault. Had to do without heat for days while waiting for a part, and then they were too short-staffed to install it immediately. Part is working as diagnosed, and tech was personable, professional and informative.
