The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. All the work they have ever done for us has been thorough and completely satisfactory. Just had our ducting cleaned at the end of last month, and it took even less time than we were quoted. We have a maintenance contract on our hvac system, and I love that it is so easy to set the appointments and that the staff always call far in advance.

After messing around with other companies that had personnel show up in stained T-shirts and shorts as well as not knowing what they were talking about, we found Comfort Flow. I can't say enough about this company in terms of the service and personnel. We had to replace a geothermal unit in our residential home and worked with the sales rep Kyle to figure out the best unit for our needs. We ended up having them install a Trane heat pump/air handler that works like a charm. I have to say David R. the installer did an excellent and professional install of our system. His assistant Mike was also extremely helpful. I should also mention the electrician Mary was extremely thorough. Everyone cleaned up after the messes they made and they were all very patient with all the questions we had. I would recommend to strangers in the street.
Jared Hayes and his two coworkers showed up when they were suppose to. They did their work in timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. The product was installed and looks great. It works as they told us it would.

We bought this house in 2005 and since then we have enjoyed the tremendous services of Comfort Flow Heating and Air-conditioning. They were there for us when our furnace failed. We got a new furnace yes expensive but boy what a difference really makes our home very very comfortable and is much easier to use than to adjust. When the motherboard failed a week after the warranty Comfort flow was there to extend our warranty and save us an extra $1,000. Everything has been fine since. When our water heater was on the verge of failing.. for the last 10 or 11 years... We finally decided to have comfort flow replace it. What an incredible difference. Comfort flow has the nicest people to work with that are efficient and care, really care for their customers. This is a great company taking care of business in the right way... Customers first ??
