The air conditioning on our home was out and Comfort Flow sent out one of their technicians, Kaz Dyer, to fix the problem. Kaz was amazing. He took the time not only to fix the problem, but to educate us on how the system works and what settings should be on the thermostat to best use our heating and air-conditioning unit. Very personable man and very thoughtful. You are very appreciated Kaz.
Brianna serviced our heat pump and air conditioning and was extremely thorough. We were very happy with her and hope she is able to service our system next time. We like the maintenance contract so our system is well cared for and should last a long time.

Alex was friendly and professional in the way that he diagnosed and resolved our heat pump air conditioning problem.
Comfort Flow did a great job on a second issue I had on my rental property. Even though this separate issue was complicated and expensive for what it was, Comfort Flow came through with great service: They get you in in a reasonable amount of time. They notify you when their technician Is on their way and even provide you with a picture of the technician… How much safer can you feel!
Anyway, I will continue to always hire Comfort Flow for any of my own home or rental property needs.
