What a great crew of professional and talented people! Jeff, David, Trey, Marie and Jorge are diligent, talented and know what they're doing-even with some knarly challenges. We couldn't be happier with our new system !
We have 3 ductless heat pumps installed by CF and one installed by someone else. The units CF uses are much better than the other one we got. More importantly though the service from beginning to end is always pleasant and efficient. And they arrive when they say they will. Once in like 20 visits over 10 years I think they were going to be late and they called. (We have had on if these well over ten years and have been using CF for twice yearly maintenance on these and the big heat pump we have in a rental.) We just moved and need one at our new place: Kyle came and looked and said, "Yes, we can, here's how much it will cost."* Mike came and looked again to be sure. Then Trey and David came and said "Whoa, that's a crazy plan but, I think we can!" And they did it and were so pleasant! Marie the electrician also dealt with some hurdles with extreme grace "I've seen worse." Our dog loved them all.

David and Trey were friendly and efficient when they installed our heat pump. They tidied up well after work each day and were happy to answer any questions we had. We appreciate their work!
This morning I called Sheila because our air conditioning had stopped working yesterday. I was in a panic. We have health issues that would not do well with overheating! She managed to get Anthony out this morning. Anthony really knows his stuff. He not only solved the immediate issue and replaced a part that had worn out, but checked the rest of the system and found something else that was about to fail, saving us another service call. The system is about 15 years old. Comfort Flow installed it and has maintained it. I've never had any regrets and always find their staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars!
David Reid, Trey Coleman, Joe Meyers, and Jorge Sanchez replaced our entire HVAC system last week and did a fantastic job. Great Trane equipment and real craftsmanship to fit our home. Very friendly, tidy, and helpful team! We are long-time Comfort Flow customers and will stay that way.
