We used Comfort Flow to put in units at our rentals. While there was an issue with an install, Kyle H. and Comfort Flow made it right! Kyle's customer service was 100%. He answered questions, texts, calls, quickly and even after hours and on weekends. We're very happy with the outcome.
You don't appreciate your nice warm home until a circuit burns out in 30 degree weather that spans a week. Comfort Flow came to our rescue in the name of Sheila and Jaryd (and the multiple number of people Sheila got in touch with to hurry this situation along). THANK YOU Sheila for keeping us in touch with you, your phone calls to update us on the progress of the part, and sending Jaryd to quickly rectify our problem. We are so thankful we have a service contract with you to monitor our units twice a year, as you are familiar with our heating/air conditioning equipment. This review is long overdue. Comfort Flow installed a new Train HVAC system for us earlier this year and we couldn't be happier. It's quiet, it's efficient, it's everything we wanted it to be. We looked a a couple other vendors, but went with Comfort Flow because they were the only local Trane dealer. They were already our HVAC maintenance company but we knew we wanted a Trane to replace our old system. We're so happy we chose Trane and Comfort Flow!
