We have a 2 location business & use Comfort Flow for both offices. I don't have to worry about any of our ongoing maintenance, they get us taken care of easily & without interruption to our business. When I do have an issue, they are so responsive! Most recently we had Rylund (sp?) & Jacob out, they were both phenomenal! And speaking to Diane on the phone is always a pleasure! She is beyond helpful, her warmth and sincerity is felt through the phone, like sunshine! She truly stands out for her exceptional customer service!
Comfort Flow has provided our family outstanding service over many years. Its staff is well-trained, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. They've installed our furnace, AC, and split system ductless heat pumps, performed duct cleaning, and regularly maintenance. When our furnace (installed by another company years earlier) failed on the Friday afternoon of Christmas Eve, (also the coldest week of the year) a member of their sales staff came to our house and stayed well into the evening explaining our options and getting everything set so that installation of a new furnace could begin the following Monday. Thanks to Comfort Flow, our house was warm again in record time. During Covid, they've taken care to address our concerns and keep us safe while doing maintenance in our house. We greatly appreciate our longstanding relationship with the friendly, helpful professionals of Comfort Flow.
The great
The tech showed up on time. He serviced the furnace/air units. He replaced the furnace filter. We'd have paid roughly the same amount at Jerry's, but he did the labor. It took him a bit longer than planned, but he apparently found a bunch of spiders in the outdoor unit that he dealt with. I was pleased with the work.

We had a new furnace and heat pump-a/c installed. Would recommend highly for quality of sales, products, warranty, and service. We were fortunate that financing worked out, and happy with follow-up service on an electrical order for a different job. It took some time to get the furnace in, but it was well worth the wait. Would go with them again and recommend to others.
All of the people I worked with from scheduling, estimating, installation and heating & A/C system maintenance are very friendly, professional, on time and most of all truthful. They called on each services to do the work sooner than the scheduled time.
Because of these values I would recommend this company to other people.

Comfort Flow was able to fit me in, in a pinch. Our system works great, but needed some routine maintenance and they were able to get someone out next day. Service techs were professional and able to answer all my questions. Pricing was also reasonable for the service they were able to provide. Great job, guys! Thanks!
