Comfort Flow Heating installed our natural gas/electric AC system nearly 30 years ago. It has functioned almost flawlessly. Their service technicians provide outstanding periodic maintenance, and thoroughly explain what they observed and completed. I recommend them highly for your HVAC needs.

David Reid and Alex Strand were here for almost 4 days putting in 2 different units in two different houses on our property. They were polite, communicative, mindful of space and where their things were kept, and overall just had a really great interaction with them both. Only been a couple days with our new systems , but so far so good! I would request their team if you're having the same work down in the future! Joe Meyers and Jorden Atkinson came out to do the electrical work and thermostat instillation. Super helpful and clear communicators, over and beyond to figure out a breaker situation and help walk us through some skill level way above our heads! Overall a great experience for such a big job!
Friendly on the phone. Easy to schedule our appointment for maintenance. We even got moved to an earlier date as there was a cancellation. The service person arrived promptly, checked everything, cleaned a few parts that needed cleaning, and indicated everything was working properly. Very fair price for maintenance. You know that great feeling you get when you realize the person you are dealing with is exceptionally competent? That's how we felt when dealing with everyone at Comfort Flow. We bought a new heat pump and gas furnace from them, and every person we dealt with was thoroughly knowledgeable and skilled at every step of the way. Jeff C., the sales consultant, knowledgeably answered all of our probing questions. Lynn, the installer, and his crew were true experts, as was Mary, the electrician. Of course, we hope we don't have to buy a new system anytime soon, but if we did we would have absolutely no reservations about using Comfort Flow.
