Very professional and personable. We love our new heat pump!
We had a new furnace and heat pump-a/c installed. Would recommend highly for quality of sales, products, warranty, and service. We were fortunate that financing worked out, and happy with follow-up service on an electrical order for a different job. It took some time to get the furnace in, but it was well worth the wait. Would go with them again and recommend to others.
All of the people I worked with from scheduling, estimating, installation and heating & A/C system maintenance are very friendly, professional, on time and most of all truthful. They called on each services to do the work sooner than the scheduled time.
Because of these values I would recommend this company to other people.

Comfort Flow was able to fit me in, in a pinch. Our system works great, but needed some routine maintenance and they were able to get someone out next day. Service techs were professional and able to answer all my questions. Pricing was also reasonable for the service they were able to provide. Great job, guys! Thanks!

They were absolutely amazing. Our a/c went out at the beginning of summer and needed to be completely replaced. They did all the behind the scenes work to get everything moving. David and Andrew did an incredible job. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond in setting up our new range, taking the old one, and removing all trash along with them. It was a pleasure having them at our house for 4 days.
We transitioned from electric to gas and Comfort Flow was amazing. I could not have asked for a better, more seamless process. Kyle was a knowledge sales rep and didn't mind all my calls! They did an excellent job arranging with NW Natural so I hardly did anything. David, Andrew, Joe and Jorden did a phenomenal job. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt so comfortable having them in our house for 4 days. They went above and beyond in setting up our new range, taking away the old one, and removing any cardboard, styrofoam and trash from it. And my husband got sick and couldn't finish digging the trench for our gas line to our fire pit. David and Andrew said they wouldn't mind doing it. It ended up being the worst thing I could have asked them to do as our ground is so hard, and they had blisters after. But they were still smiling, and I was beyond appreciative. That is some service! I really could not imagine having gone with anyone else. Thank you!
