So worth it to get the regular scheduled maintenance done on my heat pump system and not have to worry about having problems this winter. The technician was very thorough too.
When the heat pump needed to be replaced, we called Comfort Flow as they had kept the old unit running for a number of years. Mike Z the salesman was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, explained what we needed to suit our house and was able to do the contract and arrange financing easily.. The techs who installed, David R, Manuel S, and Marie S, were on time, prompt and professional. Explained what they were doing and answered any questions. They were very polite and it was comfortable having them in the house. And am very grateful to have the new system up and running as the weather is getting colder!
We have a 2 location business & use Comfort Flow for both offices. I don't have to worry about any of our ongoing maintenance, they get us taken care of easily & without interruption to our business. When I do have an issue, they are so responsive! Most recently we had Rylund (sp?) & Jacob out, they were both phenomenal! And speaking to Diane on the phone is always a pleasure! She is beyond helpful, her warmth and sincerity is felt through the phone, like sunshine! She truly stands out for her exceptional customer service!
