On a Saturday, after a power outage in my neighborhood had been restored, my heater would no longer work. I called Comfort Flow on Monday morning to schedule a service call. They were at my home by 12:30 that afternoon. The tech (Eric) diagnosed my problem and had me up and running again in no time. He stayed to make sure the problem was not the heater itself but the result of the power outage tripping a safety lockout feature on the unit. After enduring such a cold weekend without our furnace working, I can't thank Comfort Flow enough for their prompt response. Eric was great. I have used Comfort Flow over the years and they will continue to be my "go to" repair service. Thanks Again.
Comfort Flow always does a great job and is very thorough. They also are great with communication - from scheduling to walking through what they found in the annual checkup!

I was very impressed with Lee Rogers troubleshooting knowledge. He found the failed sensor, replaced it, then throughly checked the rest of the system. Today at 27deg the system ran just as it should. Sincerely thank you Lee Rogers.
Called to have my furnace checked and the respknse was fast. Tiffany did an excellent job with going over it, cleaning it and making sure it is working correctly. She is very knowledgeable and answered every question i had. I would recommend her for any services in the future.
The technicians who recently serviced our home HVAC system were friendly, thorough, and professional. They clearly explained the results of their maintenance service, and identified potential concerns with our aging heat pump.
The salesperson who helped me decide on getting a new heat pump was so relaxed and made me feel so at ease, and technicians who installed my heat pump were very polite and professional and non-intrusive. The whole experience was very pleasant and, of course, I love Comfort Flow's heat pumps; they're so quite and efficient.
Comfort Flow did a really nice job installing a ductless system at our house. Everyone involved was very helpful and professional. System was installed within 2 weeks of contacting scheduling. And was installed in only 4-5 hours from start to finish. The price was exactly what was quoted and they took care of the electric company rebate. The system works very well, keeps the house at a very nice temperature. It's very efficient, saving $40 a month over the baseboard heat it replaced. I highly recommend Comfort Flow
