We had a heating and air conditioning system installed. Adam and Gabe were the workers on the job, they were courteous, professional and worked on task. They were always respectful of us as we were in the home the whole time. They always cleaned up and did a great job given the very tight quarters for the installation and the temperature (very hot). They are quality people and workers and I will use Comfort Flow in the future. During the end of the job, two electricians arrived to make the hookups. Fawn and Mary, arrived and immediately went to work and where so professional and efficient. They two were courteous and engaging and great workers.
All in all, Comfort Flow and their employees are at the top, none better.

I had a great experience with Comfort Flow. From Kyle who came out and conducted our estimate to all of the installers who did the work. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of installation or repair. Everyone I was in contact with at Comfort Flow was professional and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you to David, Andrew and Mary who spent 3 long days installing our new furnace and AC unit. You did excellent work and my expectations were exceeded.
Comfort Flow Heating replaced our complete heating and cooling system last week. I can't stress how impressed we were with how professional, polite, and hard working the two installers are. David Reid and Andrew Evans worked tirelessly for two days completing the job in hot weather, much of it in a small attic space. Electricians Joe and Jordan assisted for part of one day and they too were just great.
The new system works beautifully. I would recommend this company and their dedicated employees to anyone.
Our A.c unit went down on the hottest weekend in June. they were open on Saturday to check my a.c.. and quickly found the problem. The part was mailed quickly and its now repaired. They are polite and fast at repairs.
David, Andrew, and Mitch were very personable, polite, and professional. They spent the entire day installing our unit and all my questions were answered before they left. Would highly recommend this company!

After 21 years, I replaced my Trane HVAC system (originally installed by Comfort Flow) with a new Trane 4-Ton variable speed Air Handler, 4-Ton Heat Pump, a whole house electronic air cleaner and a new Nexia-Enabled programmable thermostat. Throughout my previous 21 years I had a maintenance contract with Comfort Flow and that service was always professional and thorough. I plan to continue that contract. From the original consultation with Jeff Casley, to the actual 2-day installation by David and Andrew, the process could not have been more professional. This install was a big job and done well. I am very pleased with the results and can already see an improvement in my air quality and temperature control.

We had a great experience with CFH! Everyone we spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The date for installation even ended up being sooner than we thought. Actual installation did take some time (not exactly in and out), but it had to since they had to remove our old AC unit and then install a ductless HVAC system with 2 units, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. However, the inconvenience of one day is well worth it! It's been a few months now, the summer temperatures have been up for awhile and we love how cool our house is as soon as we walk in. In fact, whether I was at work or out shopping, I found myself complaining about being hot and wishing I was home!
Financially, it's not cheap. We actually spoke to them a year ago to get the details, and we decided to wait. Instead we got a portable AC unit and a window unit to help us through last summer. We survived, but it pushed us to really save some money last year to avoid repeating the experience! It really makes us appreciate what we have now. And the utility bill savings is an added bonus every month.
