Today I had my home serviced by your technician named Brooks. He was very highly skilled and professional. Brooks did a great job on the overall maintenance of my home HVAC unit. He will be my permanent technician for all future maintenance. I would highly recommend him and Comfort Flow to all my family, friends and co-workers to do their HVAC maintenance and or repairs-replacement services. Great customer service and scheduling from their office staff too.

Bryan was here from 2:00 to 2:45. he was very thorough and answered all our questions. He even contacted his supervisor to make sure he was giving us the best information for our unit.

The gentleman who came by was very nice, knowledgeable, and even taught me a few things about the heating system. It was just a diagnostic check up, but he still took care of everything quick and was pleasant to talk to.
But again, it was nice that he was willing to teach me what he was doing and not get annoyed I when I asked questions and wanted to watch what he was doing in my own home.
