One thing I don't have to worry about is my heating/ cooling unit. Comfort Flow keeps track of my biannual service, keeps me reminded well in advance and sends out personable and efficient technicians

We recently had a new heat pump/furnace installed by *** and it was a great experience. The system is so quiet and it works wonderfully. The customer service was fantastic, and the installation was quick. I highly recommend Comfort Flow Heating to anyone looking to install or maintain their ac/heater system. My heat pump stopped working on September 10th and I called the after hours number for help. I talked to Alex, the service tech, a little while later on the phone and he walked me through the process of restarting the heat pump. It then restarted without any issues.

The next morning, I got a follow-up call from the Shelia and she advised that she had a tech available to come out immediately to check things out. Dawson arrived a few minutes later and found a clog in a water line. He cleaned it out and the system is operating very well.

I appreciated the fact that Alex helped me over the phone and saved me the callout fees. I also appreciated Shelia for getting help out immediately and for Dawson's work to actually correct the original problem.

I have been doing business with Comfort Flow for over 20 years and this is just another example of the great work that they do.
