Dear Comfort Flow Team,
I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Josh. He quickly and professionally reconnected my smart home thermostat to my new internet service provider—a task I had been unable to complete on my own. In addition, he helped me download and set up the Trane My Home app, allowing me to control my smart home remotely.
Josh's professionalism and expertise made a big difference, and his help was much appreciated.
