We received both verbal and written description of the condition of our system, as well as a comprehensive documentation of the work performed. We are beyond pleased with the excellent customer service provided by both the staff and the field personnel that represent Comfort Flow Heating.

Comfort Flow is a great company with great service. No matter what technician that comes to my house for service, they are ALWAYS friendly, polite and know what they are doing. They do a great job and always clean up after themselves. If a male technician comes to my house, I feel safe and unconcerned around them. Being a female, I have to think about these things. Not once have I ever felt NOT safe around any of their technicians.
I would highly recommend Comfort Flow and will ONLY use them to service and maintain my system.
