Very good service call. The service technician and his trainee were both very friendly, and efficient.
They arrived well within the two hour window that was arranged for the service call.
The actual service was accomplished quickly.
I also appreciated that they both used shoe covers when they came in, since our unpaved driveway can be a little wet and muddy this time of year.

The technician showed up well within the time frame for the appointment. I got a call from the office to alert me that the tech was on the way from the previous customer. Much appreciated.

Pleased with the tech that came out to do the maintenance work. Very polite and very capable.
I awakened recently to a 53 degree home!! Very cold.. I called Comfort Flow with my problem and within a few hours a gentleman arrived at my home, evaluated the situation and replaced the "broken heat strip/s", in a few hours my home was very comfy.
Everybody I dealt with was very pleasant and professional.
I have worked with Comfort Flow since the late 80's and have never been dissatisfied with their service.
