We've been customers for over $15 years. They are our go-to provider for products and services for both our rental property as well as our private residence. They never fail to deliver and will often go above and beyond what is required. Over the years we've purchased three heat pumps and four furnaces as well as an air conditioning system for our rental properties as well as a new furnace and heat pump for our private residence and this latest visit was for our annual maintenance on our new system. As usual, the service technician was thorough , friendly, and polite. We have never had any problems with any of the technicians who have serviced our systems. We highly recommend them and feel extremely fortunate to have an ethical and competent company on our side.

The young man who checked out the HVAC systems in the house we just purchased was professional and efficient and thorough. He explained everything to us, and he worked into the dark/rain to finish the job completely. He cleaned it all and showed us what we need to do as new homeowners to keep it up correctly. We will definitely use this company again to do all our maintenance work. I highly recommend them.

A Comfort Flow technician responded to our service call regarding a glitch in our thermostat.
He was polite, knowledgeable and listened to our explanation of the situation.
After replacing the thermostat he programmed it for us as well and checked out our HVAC system prior to departure.
He did an excellent job.
