They were absolutely amazing. Our a/c went out at the beginning of summer and needed to be completely replaced. They did all the behind the scenes work to get everything moving. David and Andrew did an incredible job. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond in setting up our new range, taking the old one, and removing all trash along with them. It was a pleasure having them at our house for 4 days.

We transitioned from electric to gas and Comfort Flow was amazing. I could not have asked for a better, more seamless process. Kyle was a knowledge sales rep and didn't mind all my calls! They did an excellent job arranging with NW Natural so I hardly did anything. David, Andrew, Joe and Jorden did a phenomenal job. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt so comfortable having them in our house for 4 days. They went above and beyond in setting up our new range, taking away the old one, and removing any cardboard, styrofoam and trash from it. And my husband got sick and couldn't finish digging the trench for our gas line to our fire pit. David and Andrew said they wouldn't mind doing it. It ended up being the worst thing I could have asked them to do as our ground is so hard, and they had blisters after. But they were still smiling, and I was beyond appreciative. That is some service! I really could not imagine having gone with anyone else. Thank you!

The company did a great job confirming the appointment in advance and providing some flexibility for time of day for the appointment. Yeshua, the technician was very friendly, helped answer questions, did a great job on the unit and followed up after the visit with a comprehensive report. Overall a very positive experience.

David Reid and Andrew Evans installed a new water heater and cut in new venting, which brought us up to code. They were on-time, coordinated with plumber to move existing water feed, they were quick, neat, explained how everything worked, and very polite and professional. Right Way Plumbing was equally professional. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Comfort Flows pre-planning was also very efficient, and followed through at each step at a reasonable cost. Marie, Lynn and Manny installed a heat pump system for me. Very personable. Enjoyed the time spent with them. They went over and above the norm to make sure I was taken care of. Made sure I understood the process and how to use my new system. I was in the construction business for 30 years. These people were the epitome of service.
