This July, 2023, Comfort Flow replaced our 25 year old gas furnace with a Trane air handler and heat pump, which was added to our existing duct work. Cool air this summer! In addition, we has Mitsubishi mini-splits put in our upstairs bedroom and an apartment, and they work great!

I have an older heater and air condittioner that are still in good working order. I believe that the care that they receive every 6 months from Comfort Flow is a big part of the reason for that.
I get a call every 6 months by very pleasant staff to schedule my recheck the following day or very soon and given a 2 hour window in which to expect them. The service person arrives on time and lets me know by phone when s/he is on the way so I can put my dogs in their kennels.
The work is done efficientlly and I get a verbal and written report. I also had an estimate done for a new system and that was done
professionally an without any pressure to purchase. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs and care Judith Hamilton Eugene
