It's 90 degrees outside and, like a genius, you decide to upgrade your thermostat to one of those fancy shmancy smart thermostats. You turn off the AC breaker, because you aren't an idiot, and swap out the thermostats. Put everything back, flip the breaker back on...and nothing. No power to the HVAC unit at all or the shiny new thermostat. Panic sets in, along with visions of broiling in the hot summer sun...

If this sounds familiar, then you were probably watching me panic while I was trying to troubleshoot why in the heck my furnace and electronic air filter weren't turning back on yesterday. Thank GOODNESS for Comfort Flow and their awesome technician, ANTHONY.

I called at 5:30 pm and their after-hours person, who was very sympathetic to my plight, told me someone would call me soon. 10 minutes later, Anthony called. After I explained what happened, he knew exactly what the problem is, told you the furnace is on a separate breaker, and walked me through opening the furnace panel to find the fuse. It's charred on the inside. Oh...so it isn't something that require a $100+ service call? It's a $3 fix?!

10 minutes and one trip to an auto store later, my furnace, AC unit, and shiny new thermostat was back up and running!!

Last week our AC quit cooling so I called CFH and Sheila had a repair tech out that same afternoon on a Friday! A part needed to be ordered and usually takes a week or two to get, Sheila called me yesterday afternoon saying the part was in and they could have the service technician out first thing in the morning. David showed up this morning and we have AC again after only 5 days!!! Just in time for the 90 degree weather for the next week! I absolutely recommend them 100%!!! Thank you Sheila and David you both are awesome!!

AC went out and left our home in a "hot mess!" CFH was excellent to work with. Natalie and Shiela made sure to call me multiple times giving me updates throughout the day on when a tech would be able to visit. Once the tech arrived (same day as my call) he was professional and very prompt. Very very pleased.

We loved working with this company. They seemed truly concerned with our happiness and not only installed the ductless unit in a position that cools our entire home in the hot weather, they also came up with a really creative way to route our dryer vent when everyone else we talked to just talked about how difficult our set-up was. We got quotes from three different companies for the ductless and dryer vent, and we felt so lucky that we went with Comfort Flow, they really took care of us.

Recently had service & repair done at my late mother's house as part of closing the sale of the house.
