I have been getting my HVAC equipment serviced semi-annually by Comfort Flow for several years.
Their technicians are helpful and respectful, and they have kept me up and running with little to no cost outside of the service subscription. I rely on them.

I need an Interlock installed to run a generator. Chuck showed up on time (always important!), very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I asked questions about things I didn't know a lot about. He explained things very well and in terms I understood. I trust Comfort Flow to help with what is needed.
Techs that come out once a year to service the furnace are always on time, friendly and efficient.
Office staff are friendly and helpful.

Three days after I returned from the hospital my furnace decided to give up the ghost. It was following the ice storm in last January here in Eugene. I called Comfort Flow and they sent an evaluator out a day later who confirmed what I knew, gave me my options, and the timing /costs of installment of a new unit vs. trying to repair the older one. We were heating the house. at that point, to a bare minimum with three space heaters to try to keep the house plants alive and us modestly comfortable. Imagine the electric bill! ?!! I did opt for a new unit as the older one was already past warranty by two years and the supply chain for parts could have taken up to six months to deliver. (Thank you CO-VID)
Comfort Flow managed to schedule me for installation of the new furnace and relocating the heat pump. It all happened 8 days later without a hitch. Yes, it was a big capital expense, at an inconvenient time, and Comfort Flow came to the rescue for me. They are a great bunch of business professionals with a high standard of work ethics. Recommended !!
