David and Trey were friendly and efficient when they installed our heat pump. They tidied up well after work each day and were happy to answer any questions we had. We appreciate their work!
This morning I called Sheila because our air conditioning had stopped working yesterday. I was in a panic. We have health issues that would not do well with overheating! She managed to get Anthony out this morning. Anthony really knows his stuff. He not only solved the immediate issue and replaced a part that had worn out, but checked the rest of the system and found something else that was about to fail, saving us another service call. The system is about 15 years old. Comfort Flow installed it and has maintained it. I've never had any regrets and always find their staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars!

They arrived when expected and were friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. My husband was very pleased with how they worked with him to talk through and take care of all the areas he wanted to make sure were addressed with the new system.
