I like this company for their efficent well trained people and good products. I had a ductless heat pump and two 240v wall heaters installed. When there was a problem with a thermostat they were quick to replace it.
I would use CF again.
We had Comfort Flow install a new high efficiency HVAC system and water heater in our home. The bid was clear and complete. Installers David R., Andrew E. And Mary S. Did a very professional installation. All components fit well into available space and all piping etc. were well routed. The system functions as we were told it would and we are very pleased. The installation took two days and we were only without use of the system for a few hours. The crew were on time daily and clean up was completed at the end of each day. System operation was explained to us in detail at the end of installation. We could not have had a better experience. Dean B.
The comfort specialist, Jeff Casley was very knowledgeable about all products,all team members were always on time, thorough with daily cleanup &I think the most important thing is that was able to satisfy one of the most picky people in the world ME.

We had to have our heating and air-conditioning system replaced in the main part of our house. Journeyman installers David Reid and Rob Keneipp along with apprentice electrician Fawn Coultas did an excellent job. They were all very friendly, courteous and skillful in their work. We've used Comfort Flow for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with their service.

Two years ago Comfort Flow installed a 97% efficient Trane heating system with additional whole house HEPA air cleaner. It has been a huge cost saving, with improved performance and we always have clean air. Yesterday they scheduled Noah to clean the filters after the Holiday Farm fires / smoke on a last minute cancellation. He was professional, personable and was virtually invisible as he worked. When he left, there was seemingly no trace that he was even there. Other contractors created huge messes that they just left, so this sets this company apart from all others. UPDATE: 12/22/2020, we had our returns all upgraded to full sheet metal ducting to replace the 1950s era cardboard in the joist method. Rob K. was the technician that spent 14.75 hours in our home and left each room in our home in better shape then when he found it. Usually there is something left out of place, a screw left behind, something damaged but Rob treated our home like his own. The extra care was much appreciated.
