I stopped in to purchase two furnace filters and was promptly waited on by a charming lady. I gave her the filter dimensions which she verified the size with my address. She returned shortly with the items, ran my card and sent another happy customer on his way. The product gets customers there. Good customer service brings them back. Gentleman named Hooker was my rep. He was very friendly, helpful and delightful to have and I felt all my equipment was in good hands. I do an annual contract to ensure my avac system stays in great shape. If I had my choice, I would choose hooker to be my regular technician. Comfort flow has always taken care of me

We had Comfort Flow come out after a power outage where our furnace stopped working. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and fixed it right away. And stuck around for 20 minutes, verifying the correct operation of the equipment before he left.
